the search continues tonight for the suspect linked to an active shooter situation in Southern Kentucky authorities say at least five people were wounded on I75 Saturday night after nine Vehicles were hit by gunfire just outside of the city of London since then an SUV belonging to Joseph couch has been recovered investigators have also recovered a semi-automatic weapon near the scene of this shooting deputies and other members of law enforcement are forcing or focusing rather their search in a rule area that's in rugged terrain but we really still believe at this point that he's still up there so just uh public stay away from that area we had some people try to sneak through today uh even a media or two and uh they were escorted out of the area it's it's an unsafe area the sheriff's office is urging people to remain Vigilant but do not approach couch if they spot him
