hi this is Tanga pel CEO of digu when we started digu I mean we started with the vision Thal to Silicon Willie which means that uh we want to enter the global market only with the support of talents uh who are from Tire 2 and tire three places we also started with the second mission that we want to simplify uh digital uh process for entrepreneurs all we did was we consistently communicated our wish purpose and uh educated our clients that landed Us in different countries including UK US Australia [Music] Sweden during the process of I mean entrepreneurship the the journey is going to be harder than you imagine so during this tough times people who are doing with it with passion have more power and more Comfort to navigate through these struggles other than that I don't see any kind of uh business with passion or without passion I think when you navigate uh these tough times right it is always uh easy to make bigger breakthrough no I don't believe in solving a bigger problem I believe that solving a smaller problem for a big number of people even can help us to reach bigger Heights uh digu started as a consulting company then it evolved as an agency then it became a company now we are becoming a technology platform so that is the uh uh we have evolved but from the start to till date we just looking at the pain of uh our customer and [Music] clients every uh entrepreneur will be moving in a home some will be expressing it openly some will be keeping it personally so it's all up to the people how they are going to express so of course when it comes to emotions I think it will evolve over time if you keenly open to it if you really want to enjoy the journey and grow uh be open to lessons be open to learning so that every failure will teach you a lesson honestly I have a hard time balancing person and professional things it's a very uh toughest part of any entrepreneur shipan you can say even you can you can cannot able to have breakfast on time you cannot able to have lunch on time that is the reality and second thing is that when you start loving the job and when when you start doing the job that you love right you start uh forgetting yourself and you start engaging more into the job it's okay to fail first and foremost thing is that uh please democratize failures Okay so so when we when you are in a tough time you are not alone remember that and then uh second thing is that uh when you coming from the bottom uh don't uh think about where you came from look at the top where you can be so that that will give you the real drive so it's all about it's not about who you are yesterday so it's it's all about who you can become tomorrow [Music]
