Linda Sun a former Aid to New York Governor Kathy hok and former Governor Andrew Cuomo and her husband Chris ho have been charged with acting as agents for the Chinese government Visa fraud and moneya laundering prosecutors alleged that sun secretly worked for the Chinese government while who facilitated the transfer of millions and kickbacks both pleaded not guilty in federal court with their bonds set at $1.5 million dollar and half a million dollars respectively CNN has reported now sun and who allegedly used shell companies and other means to further their activities which included aiding unauthorized travel for Chinese officials and laundering money for personal gain including buying real estate and luxury vehicles
