hello my name is robotsko as a member of the executed committee and as president-elect it is my really great pleasure to Welcome to the upcoming Ahmed which is taking place in Copenhagen in this April one of the major topics at Acme and also in the world right now is AMR most of you have read the paper on the global burden of AMR which has shown that at least 1.3 million people died of antibiotic resistant bacteria in 2019. furthermore this number is only projected to increase and there's a higher number as 10 million people dying from AMR in 2015 has been mentioned in the case that we don't actually now AMR is not only a problem for the human health but actually be a very big consequences both for Animal Health crops and our environment and furthermore is associated with enormous economical consequences at the upcoming act mid several sessions will be devoted towards AMR these sessions will cover a variety of aspects of AMR including drug development data handling antimicrobial susceptibility testing policy implications just to mention a few of the topics this year estimate will furthermore together with the Global Leadership group of antimicrobial resistant holds the present potion on Friday the 14th of April this important but Symposium will bring together both policy makers and scientists to discuss and to promote actions against AMR these actions have to take place across continents and across sectors using a one health approach so I want to finish up by once again hardly welcome you to this upcoming Ahmed in Copenhagen my hometown and I really look forward to see all of you there thank you very much
