what is up everyone this is Mo gaming here and today I'm going to show you how to fix the PlayStation Store purchasing problem that you may be getting on your console in 2022 so let's get right into this so if you're trying to purchase a game from the PlayStation store and you're getting like the purchasing error like whatever it may be right whether it's a demo whether it's a pre like a free to play game or a paid game it's usually happening to like paid claims and it's just trying to like not go through there's a few ways to essentially fix this the first one is you actually want to kind of just restart your console and see if that fixes it for you if that does great if it does not the next thing you want to do is you want to go to settings and you want to go to user and accounts so the first thing you want to try is you want to actually sign out of your account so if you can sign out of this account itself uh do so so like over here and the other options sign out and if even possible delete the user itself and re-add the user back in if that fixes it great if not this other final thing which is restore licenses even if it's not pertaining to that game we'll end up fixing it so doing this a lot of times it even tells you like if you're getting became unable to use contents or whatever A lot of times it's some form of networked error that ends up causing this so doing this a lot of times will fix this issue for you as well so you want to kind of go through this step as well to resolve this issue and you'll see this say the license report restart your console and then give it a shot and you should be good to go so yeah that's basically it if you guys still have any comments questions just let me know in the comment section below more than help you guys up if you guys already like this video please smash that like button if you guys in the channel make sure to subscribe hit that notification Bell another coming out
