don't drink apple juice right now because it might have some arsenic in it so Walmart is currently recalling apple juice in 25 different states now the apple juice that is affected by this recall is Great Value brand 8 oz apple juice it looks similar to this specifically the ones that were sold in six packs in plastic bottles now the ones being recalled have a best diffus by date of December 28th 2024 and they are being recalled in 25 different states but I will say even if your state is not affected I would just simply steer clear of apple juice right now specifically Great Value brand because there could always be a wider recall that includes more products now according to the FDA whatever will happen to you if you do manage to drink one of these apple juices that are like part of the recall seems to be medically reversible and the probability of serious health consequences from consuming this apple juice seems to be remote at least at the moment but regardless of how remote or minor a medical problem might be if you consume the Apple Juice I think it should go without saying it is best to just steer clear of it completely I mean a minor medical problem is always worse than no medal problem so apparently if you have a child that drinks apple juice and you shop at Walmart you don't deserve the FDA to give a about you as of today there are 10,000 cases of Great Value apple juice that are on recall that are sold in multiple stores including Walmart not only is Palmer candies at Walmart and Target and cucumbers and mangoes on recall but the major distributor has also just said there are 10,000 cases of apple juice due to Elevate levels of arsenic yes arsenic poisoning Somebody explain me how arsenic gets into apple juice so according to the FDA there are 9,535 cases that means multiple cases of Great Value apple juice would Rec called because the product contains inorganic arsenic above Action level set in Industry guidance cuz apparently some arsenic is okay in orange juice and apple juice but the FDA does not allow inorganic arsenic levels in apple juice to exceed 10 parts per billion these cases contain 13.2 parts per billion and again this is the Great Value apple juice so if you have a child don't give them apple juice or milk don't forget silk is on recall don't give them milk just to give the babies water and dirt at this point because we can't feed them anything else at least dirt is organic
