Brushy Creek Recreation Area, Lehigh Iowa

well the 8.1 liter has tow us to Brushy Creek recreation area near Lehigh Iowa and every year we like to go to the Dayton rodeo in Dayton Iowa so as you come into the campground they have a nice dump station here with drinking water of course the garbage cans are here to dump your garbage on the way out and over to the east is a a lake a lot of good fishing over there there's a beach over there for people to enjoy and so I'm out for my morning walk it's about 60° Breezy it's beautiful it's actually a cooler Labor Day than usual what I like about Brushy Creek is it's really quiet and it's paved so if you have little kids that like to ride bikes or scooters they can just do lap after lap after lap around here with their bicycles and their scooters I don't remember what I paid and I I guess I can look at the I can look at the fee schedule here now there are some full hookup sites and I'll show you those as I'm walking the bath house and shower is down there I'll zoom in a little bit down there and there's a nice playground down there also let's see what did we pay I don't know if they list it here uh $25 a night I guess full hookup is 35 not bad not bad at all you might notice I give you a look here you might notice my my friend's Chevy Silverado and his fifth wheel and there is the 8 L right beside him right there and then our Catalina is there we have a buddy site we're not full hookup we come in full of water empty tanks empty holding tanks and that's where we hang out so we got shade in the morning and then in the evening we got shade on the other side of the camper and lots of stargazing last night saw a lot of shooting stars it was really fun a lot of fun so Brushy Creek Campground I think the I think the actual town that shows up on my weather app want to pull it up is dunam Iowa d n c m be Dunham and when I was a kid the Dunham kids were bust into Webster City so Webster City is not too far but we are close to Lehi or close to some other small towns but um yeah we're just having a nice Labor Day quiet Labor Day weekend I'll be doing some more hopefully some more shooting some interesting places for you to see show you our campsite we got plenty of room on a buddy site here we are dueling 8100s so yeah we're pretty pretty well surrounded a lot of a lot of room between the sights and that's pretty quiet pet friendly kid friendly old people friendly it's nice if you have any questions let me know thanks for watching
