[Music] so today was uh straight off the plane and into a little uh little my kitchen rule scenario but no one's going home on this one it's all love and fun just it's great to see that the students created their own menus cooked all the food themselves and presented it and it was better than what I was doing when I was a student they're uh they're really good the talent pill up here is really good it's great to see so many kids cooking because in Sydney and Melbourne it's it's it's dwindling and I think in Regional it's getting better I love the experience it's like an experience that we that is very rare we made a passion for and to yeah it was really fun you know getting the feedback from him he's really funny and nice so it was really good I actually come back and cook at the TA which is I think is a vital part of this taste of wburg because I think if you're not give it back to the Next Generation this there's a problem so I I actually talk about this to other people in other festivals when I go back about the uh the whole T connection which I think is great it was honestly my mother that got me into cooking considering that she loves eating I wanted to make her happy so I decided to get into cooking me and my partner Tyrone have cooked a steamed coffee cake with a butterscotch sauce I think what the taste of buber is becoming and it's getting bigger and bigger and it gets better every year let the good times roll let the good times roll
