massive move again by Ryan Reynolds and Rob M Henny furthermore we'll be discussing the fact that the rection players were back in the doors today doing their pre-season Fitness testing and that means that footballs just around the corner and those preseason games and fixtures and that US tour will be coming very quickly and finally we'll be discussing the fixture list that has emerged from the efl campaign in League one we will see who rexon will be playing each month some tricky opponents and where the fixtures are to look out for and finally reom have confirmed they will be playing a massive massive away game in the efl cup which is the English Football League Cup in England and of course that is a big one to look out for so without further Ado let's get into this video and let's get into the latest stories first of all then old Dolly well this is a brilliant Feelgood story as Ryan rolds and Rob melany have really got their production and their PR ples spinning very very well I must admit this is a track and if you haven't seen the video then I implore you go check it out on social media check or if you can't type in Dolly Parton Rex into Google and you'll be able to find it but this is the news and this is the story from this one doy Parton she is celebrating her Welsh Roots as you can see there Dolly Pon celebrates Welsh roots with reom gift and there is that famous image Dolly Parton holding the rexon flag now it says here country music star Dolly Parton has celebrated a Welsh ancestry with a gift from Rex and co-owners round rers of Rob Mel Henny She was recently on a uh TV program which um looked and traced back that she had uh ancestry in the Welsh valleys she's obviously born in Tennessee sold 100 million records and a lot of you will know her for the most famous song Working N5 I'm not going to say anymore um but yeah it's something that is absolutely incredible uh obviously Dolly partner F actually has got some wor ancestry and Rob and Ryan have gone cashing on this story baby um and uh yeah it's uh it's quite interesting to see her hold a reom scarf um and you know it can be seen as beautiful so listen what the advert is um yeah it's all about basically holding the Welsh flag uh or should I say the W some scarf and telling people to go and stream the latest series of Welcome to rexon obviously that third series is out it's on most of the platforms Disney epex it's all there for people to go and watch and view so if you haven't watched it as dolly is saying what are you doing go and watch it um but again it just shows again the massive poor that these owners have how Rob and Ryan really can capture the hearts of many they can pull in audiences the most famous famous people the names that we've seen at the stock carass the race course is unbelievable from Will Farrell and now all of a sudden we've got golly Parton who will probably make an appearance one day or another soon so big up to the owners getting that one over the line again make sure you go and stream welcome to rexon because if Dolly's telling you then you better do it so that's the first piece of news a little bit off the- field marketing campaign and I'm sure we'll see a lot more of that as the season goes on but let's go to the second story then what I talked about which is the fact that the players are back in pre-season testing and it's an exciting time it must be a really good feel good you've got to remember that the efl the football league finished all the way back in May the players have had a really good solid month and a bit off now where they've been able to relax been able to recuperate a lot of these players don't play international football so of course I'm not involved in the Euros or the CP America etc etc however they have had a time away and now they're probably chomping and raring to go and I want to share this image here of you and it's all about putting the Graft in in preseason and getting yourself ready and there is the big man himself Fletch on the left hand doing some testing now pre-season testing is actually about getting as you can imagine loads and loads of measurements from probably their weight their BMI their fat percentage their flexibility their agility their speed uh their lung capacity it's a whole day of testing their strength and actually for those of you who maybe don't understand the elite level of what preseason testing is these results will be monitored and work worked on so it's a sort of a very good way of holding players accountable of their current state and fitness um so as I said they're putting in the work now I want to sharing a bit more about this and in fact we we'll have a closer look at flet as I said um looks like he's doing a a plank or position hold as such there um and what what I love about preseason testing is the following and if you're in that in the environment is very very sort of good data metrics to work on first of all it says how has the player come back after a month and a half away have they looked after their body is there uh is has there been work done behind the scenes have they been hit in the gym have they been keeping the top shap are they pushing themselves or have they let themselves go one way or the other second of all it also is able to identify injuries and people like Fletch in particular and that's why I got it up is is players who have had a good or should I say not so good record of injuries can you identify if there's gaps or errors or weaknesses of that body part or that function and is there anything reoccurring so for me preseason testing also gives you that metric of this is where you are first day preseason by the end of preseason we need to be here and giving players targets and focus and as Professionals in all the areas and and all sports they like to be competitive they want to improve on their scores they are pushed and driven by this data so preseason testing they wouldn't have seen a ball today it would have been all in in the gym in the um you know Labs doing the science the sports science behind everything getting the results and data be interesting to see if any leaks come out of certain players Fitness or strength for if anyone's changed as such because sometimes you can get that and you know those metrics are very important two people so let's see on that but yeah that just as I said I can't believe preseason back before we know it will blink and we'll be in the US doing the rexon uh summer talk and then we'll blink again and all of a sudden it will be the first game of the football league campaign on the 10th of August and that leads me quite nicely to the next part because the fixture list is out Rex's fixture list is there for everyone to see of course the kickoff times haven't been announced or confirmed as such but as you can see here right now this is the graphic that I want to share with you reom fixtures now you may may not be able to see it as such but of course again once again you can Google these um and have a real look on them I'm going to see if I can actually zoom in on this for you a little bit more so it's nice and clear I don't think I can no I can't zoom in on that which is a shame um but essentially rexim have been dealt with a very what I would say interesting start now League one as I've said is a very competitive very competitive league and you can see that with the caliber of games that Rex and have in August Wick Bolton reading peterb that is a very difficult start to life in League one wi wonders of course we're only in the championship two seasons ago but luckily that's at home Bolton away who are going to be favorites to win this league no doubt about it they failed in the playoff final uh just gone and of course they lost out on promotion against Oxford they'll be thriving to want to make sure they finish in the automatics this season reading I mean seriously all the problems off the pitch they've had they just about stayed up there's protest Gore tennis balls thrown on the pitch expect that at reading but at the end of the day they are still a big name a big football club and of course Charlie Savage he plays for them or will he be playing for them them or for us come the start of that game and finally peterb United again a team full of who have been up and down the leagues in the championship and in League One have shown real promise in playoffs they are a team who like to linger in and around that playoffs it is a tough tough start to the season have no doubt that about that Rex and fans that is a very difficult opening uh August Christmas as well is really exciting black pool and wig and athletic um one side of Christmas and Bristol Rovers in Cambridge the other side where actually those are great fixtures especially black porn Wigan going into the new year again two massive clubs that you may or may not have heard of so those are the key areas those are the key fixtures we will have more on kickoff times Etc but I just want people to be aware of that August is a really tough start for rexen Christmas is really exciting and the one or two fixes that everyone should be looking out for is of course the Birmingham city one Birmingham city away 14th of September very early on get that one in your Diaries I believe that's actually in or around the international break as well and then of course Birmingham city home January the 25th so fantastic fantastic uh stories there with the fixture list I hope you're excited as I am of these fixtures and what do you make of them and uh which one catches your ey I bet that birming one does and finally then to conclude of course the news has come out today and this has rattled a few people we will face sheffeld United away from home in the first round of the carabel cup the efo cup it commences the week of August the 12th so it's in between that opening game of Wickam and Bolton so it will slot in between that as we've just seen in that fixture list but why why oh why are people excited about this caraval cup tight against rexon uh against Sheffield United at ramore Lane well all you have to do is go back to the games in the FA Cup rexam had some absolute cracking ties against Sheffield United that of course free all draw at home in the FA Cup for the fourth round and forced a replay in which in the end they did lose uh quite confidently 3-1 against Sheffield United but it was a heated game a heated tie actually what came out of it in the end was some controversial comments from a certain Mr and Billy sharp now Billy sharp he isn't there anymore uh but look sheff United there's been a lot of chitchat from them is what all I can say and of course Sheffield United were in the Premier League just come gone they've obviously been relegated they're on a bit of a downward trajectory but there was a lot of disrespect to rexen and how they were overhyped and they need to be put on a pedestal and they needed to be knocked down a few notches well let's just see what what happens in this uh efl cut Clash should I say because I think rexon will want to get some revenge and I think they'll want to make sure that
