I am so incredibly honored to be talking to you today you are an icon a goddess we love you um so I want to ask you and Patricia are a match made in heaven like this was the most incredible collaboration what was your favorite moment working together on set well we had a lot of fun when she was driving a dune buggy uh and uh we were kind of uh uh we had a walkie-talkie in the in the bottom of the car and the and the writers were throwing lines at us and we were making things up and and uh and you know when you're with a fabulous actress like Patricia it's just such a gift to be able to do every scene with her and I have to say it's a funny it's a weird thing to say but when I was dying I get to look in her eyes and it just it just you look at her eyes and it just makes it all so easy and so you know it's easy to act so to speak and uh it's just a gift to work with such a great fine person and actress that's incredible so I have to mention drag Bingo because you are loved and adored by the girls and the gays so I wanted to know were those scenes as much fun to shoot as they were to watch oh God and and that that actor was that actually the drag person was she was great she was so funny and she was that living and she was amazing and she was fun and and it was just great to be able to do that and it was all it was it was amazing it was just fun what can I say so you have a handful of scenes within Pioneer town this little Western world and I wanted to know what was the most memorable moment of shooting those or what was your favorite part of being encapsulated in this like Western I didn't know those places existed but I know and I thought this is really fun this is really great I get to dress up in in this great you know Western turn of the century corset outfit and um but it was kind of a you know a funny feeling because we were actually modern day people dressed as Western people so it wasn't like we were you know we're getting our outfits and we're living in those moments because we're in we're in the west so it was very interesting just juxtaposition and um to uh again you know I'm playing uh uh I'm in a script that Patricia has written that that Peggy has written and it's sort of all kind of a little wonderful and irreverent and crazy and um at that point my character is very self-centered so it was it was a lot it was a lot of fun really a lot of fun I love seeing it I think there was a moment where you were almost doing these little exercises these acting exercises and it brought me right back to Roger and Hammerstein Cinderella with these like phenomenal costumes so I appreciated it so much and then lastly I have to ask um we watch Peggy on this journey to become a efficient yet chaotic private investigator would you hire Peggy Newman in real life as a private investigator would I hire her is that what you're asking me yes not unless I was crazy I mean but I have to say no she was she she's she's very smart and she she actually figures out leads and she gets herself in and out of situations um so I might I might she's onto something and she kind of you know saws you know she's getting there little by little so she makes it work with all the chaos around her she definitely is on to something I have to say you are in just absolutely incredible in this you are an icon we love you at Out magazine so he's going to say thank you and I cannot wait for the public to see High Desert this is gonna be huge yeah I'm so happy you like it we love it so thank you
