Alfonso Cuarón & Cate Blanchett on the Grueling Shoot for ‘Disclaimer’ at Venice Film Festival

for everyone particularly for the actors they my calculation that to shoot a film takes longer and these were like seven films so it was a very long process that I I I really feel for for the actors because they were stuck in a character as much as they love the character they were stuck with those characters for way too long we're still recovering more than a year it was more than a year I think so yeah more than yes I think so know but we had we had two of the greatest cinematographers um you know and so that was an absolute pleasure and knowing that that each of these um perspectives would be would have a very different visual language was really exciting you know and and we were sort of we were kept siloed from one another's perspectives
