hey guys this is Wolfie and today we're going to check out some practice from the San Francisco 49ers I completely forgot that there was practice today so that's why the thumbnail is kind of lying to you I was originally G to do some uh just check out the cuts and then uh check out the rest of the cuts throughout the league um however there's not enough really out there nothing really new is happened for the San Francisco 49ers they have cut let me uh bring it up here that many they got like six players cut Matt breida Kean vaugh John Tre Kirkland Frank Derby Lewis kid and Presley Harvin the third the punter Pressley Harvin the third I actually kind of like him to be honest with you uh but it's wish now he's job for sure as long as he's which now she's healthy it's fine but those are the sticks players that are currently have been waved or released I do think we're going to keep Matt breed upon the practice squad because just in case a running back gets hurt he'll be good to have um I don't think he's the worst run back in the world but he is familiar with the scheme so that's good to have leis kid was nothing Frank Derby impressed a little bit we would need a lot of receivers to get hurt to bring him back and jontre Kirkland was just a body so nothing too special there nothing really about that um so PR your update there one more thing oh let's check to see if New Orleans released uh no they did not okay I was hoping they would release uh Payton Warner I think his name was and then the Raiders let's see if the ra what the Raiders decided to do I don't think Minnesota released a lot of offensive linemen they released one two three four offensive lineman already none of them look familiar all right where is the Raiders there we go Raiders will release two dudes dang man they're freaking man they're cutting it close only two that's crazy out 90 Game Changer all right they've only uh cut two guys wide receiver Jeff foreman and DB wood governor his name is wood kidding probably do that joke probably for eternity all right here we go instant reaction from David Lombardi Brock py connects deep no Brandon iuk on day of CD Lamb's P let's do here from Levis where Ricky piol the rookie wide receiver was back out at practice wearing a blue non-c contct jersey appeared to be moving fine even made a couple catches in the team period he also had a brace on the shoulder that has been giving him issues it was a long session for the 49ers they were in full pad they're getting a lot of that heavy work in this week before they obviously move into full regular season practice week mode next week ahead of the season opener against the Jets big news obviously happened away from this SP aners facility lamb and the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to an extension it's worth 34 million per year so just behind Justin Jefferson's at 35 million per year and all we know right now is the total guaranteed money of a 100 million total guaranteed that's behind Jefferson's 110 million the most important number is the fully guaranteed money that's where Jefferson really really broke I actually thought CD was gonna get maybe like a at the very least 105 million I feel like that $10 million guarantee difference is pretty big but that's just me I guess it just seems like that's a big difference I actually thought it' just be a little bit closer I know that's just a few million more but it just seemed like it I just kind of thought he more on the guarantee aspect but his contract however makes sense he does not deserve more he's he deserves the second best wide receiver money for sure broke the market at 88.7 million fully guaranteed but we don't know where CD lamb is on that scale yet so we do need to know that number before we can fairly judge that situ situation and how it might impact the 49ers and Brandon auk was not on the practice field today we actually didn't see him I think for most of the practices last week we did see him travel with the 49ers to Vegas but as soon as uh there's more development on us knowing the details of the CD lamb deal and as soon as there's more actual development on the Brandon iuk front I will check back in with you today's practice I mean I mentioned it was a long session it was an active session saw a lot of interesting stuff Brock birdie deep past the CH connley was one of the nicest plays of practice Conley got past Jer Brown and Lenor on the play I think it was brown that probably was at most fault on that particular deep connection Jacob coing remains really really fast he was with the second team uh today for the the play on which he scored a touchdown Brandon Allen threw a screen pass to him and cing just blew down the sideline and scored what would have been a touchdown in an actual game again Jacob CO's going to make this football team I think wide receivers are going to make it 49ers have already started some of the roster Cuts I'll get to those in in just a second I know I updated you earlier this morning but the list is a bit longer uh anyway C's gonna be one of the six I think I predict six uh when the 49ers do officially unveil their initial another really nice play from Eric sober who I think is gonna be tight end to for the 49ers I mean just an unbelievable catch on a on a pass from Brandon Allen one-handed catch it was blanketed in in coverage and he was able to pull down the football and that wowed the 49er sideline on a day where you know you could sense the urgency of the regular season is approaching I think there was a lot of spirit on that yes you could definitely say there's a little bit of urgency right now with the 49ers because I mean considering we have two holdouts that are pretty freaking significant man so sideline uh especially when like that one were made we need to talk about how good dvo Samuel is making contested catches caught a deep pass today and it was one where again he's he's in the midst of Defenders he's also catching crossers where he's in the midst of Defenders you know Deo Samuel is not your standard xman beating wide receiver he's a bulldozzer and he did not just say he did not just say that Deo Samuel is not just your typical man beater pause h I'm sorry did he not see that g was against the Raiders where he tried doing like this double step move dude he not a route Runner man I don't what the [ __ ] talking about he may he may get he may be a good contested catcher or whatever but do not tell me he's good at beating man okay don't tell me that and we know he's a bulldozzer after the catch but he's also a bulldozer during the catch his hands are really strong and is able to pull down catches in in tight spaces uh with the best of them and I think that we saw more of that today and it's worth mentioning with Deo Samuel interception today for diomer Lenor and derell lutter Jr Lenor came against Brock pie but it was a pretty got hit or or the throw got hit uh quarterbacks obviously are off limits the contact throw got hit at the line it might have been Sam o the defensive lineman number 91 for the 49ers who uh might have a bit of an outsized role for this team especially with Leonard Floyd and youour gross MOS currently out with injury Floyd is day to-day he was working off on the side so I'd expect him back soon MOS might be a little bit of a longer time for the 49ers had a rather violent takedown early in practice when Curtis Robinson had a Clos line Jake tonas sure it was incidental but it drew some some yelling def 49ers and what seemed to be a competitive session the bad for the 49ers did the center play uh Kevin given back to Jake brindle straight into Brock pie on a play and then later on given was also able to get around Drake Nan you know and I I understand from Drake Nan's perspective this is a a rookie who's uh learning learning the tricks of the trade at the NFL level I think he's actually been really good over the course of preseason only one pressure given up over 59 Pass blocking snaps but with Brendle you know especially last year there was a regression from uh the 2022 season I think he's getting M backwards a little bit too much for H are going to need a little bit more of an anchor inside to give pie a clean Kevin given no offense to Kevin given he may have taken a leap this year he may have just gotten better and that's why he completely obliterated our starting center however he is not a starting D tackle on our team he's most likely the fourth D tackle on our team and if brendle's getting obliterated by the fourth D tackle on the team that's that like that's a little concerning bit little bit I like keep my eye on that the blatant okay I just need to chill okay I'm starting to like get a little heated because like the blatant neglect of the offensive line and the Cockiness of like yeah my offensive line is just fine when it's [ __ ] not blows my mind pocket I promised I'd go through the cuts uh the 49ers cut Matt breida they cut the running back fellow running back Kean vau Lewis kid the offensive line cut and jontre Kirkland also cut along with the punter Presley Harvin III Mitch wishnowski backet practice looks like his neotion is not keeping him out anymore so the 49ers were able to wave Presley Harvin the third Isaac Adam was back at practice but not in team drills was working off on the side for the 49ers so their third quarterback guy who projects to get a lot of playing time looks like he's about to fully return to the fold all right that's the instant reaction we'll have more for you guys in a little bit can give you guys a quick look at Ricky peol what are you talking about you got two minutes oh you're to show us a clip back at prac this right now oh is that what you're doing okay there's piol he's got a good you it doesn't look like on on on the on the screen it doesn't look like he's cutting really good he's going full speed and then he's slowing down com back that's actually pretty good considering he slows down and then he like his acceleration when he goes that way is actually pretty good I like his route running I like his potential but dude that blue jersey is just there's coing wow that's foreshadowing right there did you guys see that did you guys see that foreshadow boom that's Jacob coow you see the foreshadowing here pea was supposed to be the guy and then Jacob Cowen comes in and just like right there in front of peol actually I'm the guy I'm the one you're supposed to be talking about all right enough of that um let's go ahead and check out um it's it's good it's a good release you cannot they did a good job finding a guy who could not saying is Brandon iuk but like has that ceiling of Route running ability you could could see it and that's something exciting all right let's go ahead and bring up who's next Grant con see what Grant con has to say he was there so his perspective does matter he was there he saw it so that's why we watch these clips so that we can get all perspectives then we can cross analyze them so we know what the truth is we know if one person's being significantly biased because one information is change it practice it seems the ners will place him on the pup list on Wednesday all right the good wide receiver Ricky peera he practiced for the first time in three weeks and wore a blue non Jersey plus a shoulder brace and didn't appear to reag gravate his sublux shoulder that's a win he also caught one pass from Brandon Allen during team drills let's see how long it will take piol to get rid of that blue jersey wide receiver Jacob cowing he caught a screen pass from Brandon Allen and exploded through the defense to score a 60 yard touchdown the 49ers haven't had a receiver as explosive and versatile as coing in a very long time he's going to add a brand new element to the offense wide receiver Ronnie Bell he gained 20 yards on a screen pass then beat derell lutter Jr with an out route for a 15 yard gain then he caught a pass that was tipped into the air by two Defenders then he beat travarius Ward for a first down on Third and six the 49ers need to find a spot on their 53-man roster for Bell I could not agree more I a lot of people don't like Bill a lot of people don't think he's gonna make it just because he's had some some off moments but I think his blocking ability is there I've I've seen it I guess the Saints I can't remember what highlight I saw but he was blocking really well we need that without a doubt especially if auk's not gonna be there we need someone who block not to mention Bell is capable of making big plays I've seen it he can catch a touchdown for Brock py he did it last year he could do things I think he's got a ceiling and I believe it or not not I couldn't agree with Grant con more on this I couldn't agree more that really hurt he has serious Talent right quarterback dador Lenor he intercepted Brock pie for the sixth time in 20 practices he's just good minut Lenor was covering Robbie undercut the pass while it was in the air and returned it for a touchdown Lenor has gotten so good at that maneuver he's having an allpro training camp if that's a thing quarterback derell lutter Jr he locked down Debo Samuel then broke up a deep pass intended for Robbie chosen then recorded a pick six on a pass thrown by Joshua dobs lutter Jr has to make the 53 man roster will I haven't projected start one day strong sa Malik Mustafa he started at strong safety in place of George Odum who injured his ankle during pregame warm-ups on Friday and Mustafa looked like an upgrade first he blitzed and sacked Brock pie next he broke up a py pass that was intended for George KD must a cover to manto man and shut him down he should start week one but not so good quarterback Brock pie he threw yet another interception this time dador Lenor picked him off in addition Fred Warner and Jer Brown both dropped interceptions that pry spoonfed to them it seems like perie really misses Brandon iuk who still hadn't signed an extension with the 49ers even when Brandon iuk was there he was still throwing interceptions just like you said you said he always does it so it doesn't really matter if he's almost St interceptions now because he's been doing that before so bringing to Brandon iuk in that comment made no sense made no sense at all had nothing to do with Brandon iuk P's always been doing that not to mention we've all seen py throw balls and for some reason play like there's this like luck factor that Brock py does have or he's throwing such a good ball it's hard for the the defender to catch it either way there is this thing where the ball does not stay in the defender hands that I I don't know why I have noticed a lot in this crazy so but this has nothing to do with Brandon iuk this is what per does in practice you have said it yourself so let's relax with the brand KN breaking news free safety Jer Brown he dropped an interception and took a bad angle to a deep pass thrown by py and gave up a long catch to Chris connley as a result Brown had a line to intercept the pass but his angle was too shallow and he gave up a long catch over his head kind of a frightening mistake for the last line of defense to make said my peace I said my peace on that guy all we're done we're moving on we're moving on let's go ah Ed and now we gotta hit day 20 today is a significant day because today is the final practice before the 49ers pair their roster from 90 men down to 53 men as they prepare for week one Curr at 84 against the New York JS the ners have made five cuts Matt breida jont Trey Kirkland the wide receiver Lewis Kidd the offensive lineman kesan vaugh the running back and Presley Harvin the third the punter have all been um either released or waved um there's going to be 1184 players that will be either released waved or put on some list either the IR or the pup list um a lot of the talk is that the 49ers are likely to put taloa funga on the pup list and he likely will miss the first four games so Tracy Walker looks like he may get a spot on the roster that belongs to taloa I got that predicted yo also Jeremy reported today that Trent Williams will continue his hold out into week one if he doesn't get the money that he wants you already know that and also the NFL ruled today that the emergency third string quarterback must be on the active 53 man roster be a practice squad elevation so you're [Music] gonna that's like I I think that makes it harder on morai because if you could have stuffed stuffed morai on the practice squad and carry two quarterbacks you be fine because you know Brandon Allen would probably get picked up as a backup somewhere [Music] probably I think that makes it harder for morai to make the roster teams instead of having two on the active roster and one on the practice squad you're going to have to have that guy on the active roster to elevate him on game day so that takes another roster spot up for the 49ers so those five guys have been cut and we'll see where it goes from here as far as um what other players get cut the ners have to pair their roster down to 53 by one o'clock Pacific um tomorrow um do they do they though because I remember last year they didn't do that I remember last year we didn't find out like four or five o'clock so do they anti Teo the former Notre Dame linebacker went on television and said that he feels like the 49ers look emotionally exhausted um and I didn't get a chance to ask how Shanahan about that but I'd like to ners have you know coming off a a Super Bowl defeat they're coming off a shortened off season they've had two very high-profile uh you know contract holdouts with two of their pre PR players that has dragged through the headlines all summer and I can see where somebody from the outside looking in would say yeah they're emotionally beat up I just don't know if that actually is the case there has been before he starts I want to give my opinion on that I don't on the outside looking Larry's Roy on the outside looking in you know people may have get that perspective but they're getting that perspective just because we as fans are exhausted we are exhausted of the iuk stuff we are exhausted of Trent William [ __ ] we are exhausted of the injuries and so when we so we're putting our own feelings into that locker room when really we don't know what they're focusing on we don't know how they feel it's possible because they are there and they do care about winning just as much as as fans if not more so like it's possible they are exhaust as much as we are however I feel like if Williams and I got signed all of that stress and that emotion would be just would just flood away you know what I mean and I think that's where that that stress and emotion comes from it can be solved if there is some sort of tension like that it can be solved I don't think it's I don't think it's a thing of I'm so tired of going to the playoffs and going to the Super Bowl it's exhausting it's killing me it's no not that an awful lot of dialogue an awful lot of discussion awful lot of scuttle around the 49ers because of iuk hold out because of Trent Williams hold out because they lost the Super Bowl because you know Brock pie and because of so many different you know part star studded iconic team Fu so there's always gonna be a lot of talk now the question is is it exhausting to them or are they unaffected by the fact that they lost the Super Bowl are they exhausted by the fact that their offseason was a little shorter or um are they fine are they exhausted by the fact that you know we've all been the media has been peppering them with questions about iuk and Trent I don't know he exists Wolfie roock p is not Tanner that's what's wrong okay what's up that's funny it drives people nuts yeah I I will say this the 49ers I think are unlike a lot of teams I think they're used to getting an awful lot of attention and a lot of questions and a lot of controversy they're just a they're one of the biggest name franchises in the league I mean when you're the ners the Cowboys the Patriots the Steelers the Ravens I mean there's a few teams in the league that just have a lot more going on around them than the Jaguars or the Panthers or the Broncos or one of these other teams brother Panthers are you sure about that but I don't know man 49ers always have a lot of talk around there I that one now the question is is it been exhausting to the coaches has it been exhausting to the players are the Niners getting fatigued by their offseason there there has been a weird vibe this summer I don't know if I would call it fatigue um I just feel like when you when you have a team that's been to the Super Bowl a couple times and been to that final four almost every year you're not gonna dial it up with as much intensity in July as you would otherwise and I think that's really what I've seen kind of a subdude camp you know you take away the elite I'm not there so I can't say anything but I think this is not true suddenly they don't look quite as Dynamic I I'm strongly disagreeing with Larry right now just give you guys a heads up with what what what the tangent he's going on right now I strongly disagree with what he's talking about but I'll let if people if you agree with him fine that's cool but I'm letting you know that I I disagree with what he's saying here people really can't comprehend what they're seeing with Brock so they have to downplay everything he does because he can't be real yeah I I TR I try to justify it as because you see quarterbacks who have weapons on their team and they're first round draft picks and they're getting a lot of Praise however since Brock py was a seventh round draft pick we can't have a steal if since we it's it's almost jealousy to a sense where oh my God they got a steal of a quarterback there's no way that he can be this good so I do agree with you uh strawberry 110% it's just a disbelief because there's no way you found a seventh round draft pick with all these Scouts all these people and He Slipped through the cracks you happened to get him and he was like the uh seventh or eighth quarterback taken people just can't believe that because I just don't understand I understand there's haters out there there's actually people who don't believe it and if you actually watch him play there is an aura there is moments where you're like how did he do that there's no way he should have made that play we're screwed the momentums against us everything and somehow Brock is the one that pulls it out of his ass and gets a us out of there because there's moments where you think that he he's just going to completely collapse no he keeps fighting and keeps making moments out of stuff like I know the Bengals game we lost I get that but any other quarterback would have caved any other quarterback would a cave then no literally the next half he throws he's pinned him against his own touchdown throws a deep ball to KD all hope was lost because py was not getting it done but he made it happen and and he does that every single year and just about every single game and and I think people don't understand that or take that into account that no matter the momentum Pere always finds a way to make plays and pull something out of his ass anyway that's my tangent on that that's my tangent if Trey had done with Brock did oh yeah 110% 110% yeah oh they would yeah 110% dude he's he's the man I like I love I think that's fair to say but are they emotionally I don't buy jerseys dude but I might buy his I don't know interesting interesting question and one that I will throw at K Shanahan next time I get an opportunity um okay couple practice Highlights today um Ricky purcel returned to practice and that was Ricky peol pcel I've been looking at all the cuts I saw pcel was cut Ricky peol returned to practice today he didn't do a ton but he did make some catches he was wearing the blue jersey uh we haven't seen him pretty much out of the blue jersey all summer but he was practicing there was a report that Isaac yam had returned to practice I did see him out on the field but he definitely did not return to practice I did not see Brandon auk today if he was here I didn't see him I don't think he was nope um you know one of the themes this summer is that JP Mason continues to dominate and impress every single day he had a couple really nice runs today uh there was an kind of a scary moment today in practice where Curtis Robinson yanked down Jake tongus on the sideline after a tackle and it looked like tongas might have gotten his cleat stuck in the turf and it looked kind of scary and a bunch of people started yelling and screaming like hey you know let's keep them up and you know the last thing anybody wants to see is guys get hurt especially a practice I think it was David or was it Grant someone described it as a clothline like Curtis Robinson and clothesline tungus pretty freaking hard so um I thought when he said scary I thought was someone starting no offense I'm not trying to downplay his injury or say like oh just because he's death we shouldn't think it's a big deal I was I was a little more prepared for especially in this this late in the preseason um luckily it didn't look like tongas suffered an injury but it looked ugly and it looked like it could have been something bad um Jaylen Graham had a hard hit on the running back Jaylen Graham may not make the roster and I think that frustration showed on the practice fi really hold on hold on hold on did you just say that he won't make the Rost let's look at let's look at some linebackers here I have Graham and Winters making it Robinson fouls do you not think we're gonna keep six linebackers uh I don't know I'm pretty conf this man makes the roster I don't have I never doubted it for half a second that Graham doesn't make the roster that's that's new to me that that's new to me brother that's new to me man all right let's go back to Krug what he has to sayi he had a couple of Big Time hits and I think he's just trying to send a loud message hey man if you don't think I'm worthy of being on the 53 think again I think I can't imagine intentionally close on and B um Tatum Bethune over a Flanigan fouls and even over a Curtis Robinson who's been fantastic this summer why because I just think that there's way more upside potential down the road in Bethune and um and Jaylen Graham and D Winters than I see in Curtis Robinson or Demetrius Flanigan foul so I hope the Niners take a long-term approach with their linebacking core and not as much about who fills the the you know what's a seamless filling of the roles on special teams it's like yeah you know what if you go with Jaylen Graham there's probably a little bit more risk there there's a little bit more projection there he's probably not as good special teamer as Demetrius Flanigan FS but I would say Flanigan FS doesn't have the upside potential to play from scrimmage that Bethune has and maybe more specifically what Jaylen Graham has i' say F has more a chance to get cut than grah we'll have to see it definitely is gonna come down to uh the last moment there it's not a lock that Graham makes his team Malik Mustafa practice today he had a sack of py on one play and a couple plays later he had a great pbu I just love our rookies ball out dude knowing that we had concerns these starters position it turns out starters the and intercepted today h dos threw a ball that was intercepted by darell lutter Jr we had a chance to talk to lutter after practice and what a great kid he is man I just hope he makes the team he's a I mean in a lot of ways derell lutter Jr is the physical prototyp type and he played nothing but press man at South Alabama so unlike a lot of guys that come into the league and they know how to play zone and and they had they have to learn how to play press man this guy know how to play press man but I asked him where he's improved and he said that he feels like he's just overall man-to-man coverage is tighter than it was a year ago that's good um but he had a great interception today in practice of Josh dobs pie also maybe the play of the day today was py on a deep ball he threw an absolute DME and dropped it in the lap of Chris Conley down the left sideline for an easy touchdown uh just a beautiful play I mean one of the best deep ball throws we've seen all summer J Brown could have had an interception today he dropped that that interception possibility uh Brandon Allen H had an excellent ball to uh Jacob coing where he hit him in stride underneath and then coing made one guy Miss got to the edge and took it to the house for a touchdown great run after the catch right there from Co it was a beautiful pass underneath tackling very well I thought had two or three really nice runs in the game against the Raiders and he continue that momentum today out on the practice field he had several nice runs today and um then there I I think the same thing too I don't think they would put him at the podium if uh if he wasn't if they weren't gonna make it I I I think so too I think podiums are like telling you hey you made it that's what I think it is I agree with that between call and colen to get that fourth spot oh it's going to be who would be the fourth on the depth chart I had to say I gotta give it to coing I've heard a lot more good things about to put one more play on film smart um there's an an there's an anxiousness um to a football team when you know that you've got 90 guys in Camp today and tomorrow at this time you're gonna have 53 guys in Camp yeah and it's a business and darell lutter told us after practice he's like hey man we realize it's a business so they understand the reality they know what they signed up for but it doesn't make it any less Stark or any less dramatic and tomorrow is the day that the rosters get paired from 90 to 53 so um overall a real good summer for the 49ers they avoided significant injuries for the most part all summer um and this cutdown is gonna be really interesting I hope they great I hope they invest in it um there's a lot of good players around the league that have already been cut I hope they leave a couple roster spots open so they can take advantage of some of that depth I'd love to see the 49ers add another defensive end possibly a safety and maybe a little speed you know there's been speculation that tutu Atwell could get traded if two two atwell's out there to be traded I trade bro stop forcing the tut two Atwell [ __ ] I mean this with love Larry stop it man we got plenty of wide receivers we don't need any more two we don't need a two two Atwell brother we don't need one like we do not need wide receivers we do not need one okay two two atwell's differen making speed combined with iuk if he's here CMC would make the 49ers all the more dangerous ume you know you add Co he gives you speed but a guy like Atwell would even give you that much more so defensive end I think is the one spot that the Niners will be looking to trade for somebody from around the league that gets cut or or that you know that's about to get cut or potentially they'll be looking to add somebody at the cut down at defensive end I agree that is the spot where the ners are probably finished now with the injury of Drake Jackson the relative raw uh skill set of Robert Beal the injuries to um you know to to Leonard Floyd Yer grm I mean the 49ers situation at defensive end is somewhat dire um and there already have been a couple of guys that around the league that have been cut um that are you know that are kind of interesting that I'm sure they're going to probably be looking at um you know we'll get into a whole list of them later you know down the road in the next 24 hours we'll do a video on some of the guys that have being cut but every defensive end out there that is either cut chopping box trade I think John Lynch and are gonna the possibility of adding a defensive end or two because they're real thin there they're really thin at defensive end they're a little bit thin at defensive tackle um they're a little thin at safety super I don't think everyone's saying we're thin at dtack we have four we have four D tackles I understand a fifth one's nice but you're not expecting your fifth D tackle to be like a stud am I wrong here I don't know man I I it's just me though I know that everyone else so that's just me I don't think it's that I don't think it's that dire linebacker super loaded at corner super loaded at quarterback super loaded at running back wide receiver deep on the offensive line the one Thin spot on the on the offense is tight end and a couple thin spots on the defense would be like safety or defensive end should we re should we sign Gregory I mean why not if he wants to play I mean I know they they cut him and we desperately need the depth and he knows the scheme so why not not the scheme but he knows the dline coach he's familiar with the squad why not he kind I you know needs something rumors going around that Gregory was not coachable yeah that would have to depend if on the coach I guess if the coaches were not a fan of him then probably not but outside of that I wouldn't be against it if the coaches had nothing against him for sure we just need some sort of DN I agree with that I would take that we need lesser degree defensive tackle I would say like one guy that I'm looking for tomorrow to you know maybe get cut is Isaiah fosy who went to D South I love Isaiah fosi I thought the 49ers were gonna draft him the 49ers actually uh worked him out a couple times I believe it was a couple times or maybe one time uh before the draft uh I like fosi but then again the really reason why I really like him he looked dominant on the field but he also had a [ __ ] ton of sacks he had a lot so if we can get fosy I'd be a little bit happy about that I I like the upside why not I liked him before the draft and then I saw the Saints pick him up I think it was like the 40th overall pick that year I I really wanted fosy that year a talented kid this kid showed up to the Niner Pro Day last year uh despite the fact that you know he was going in the end of the first or High second round and the Niners didn't have a pick so you know I think they they have interest in him I'm sure um and I'm sure he has interest in in being a 49er and playing in the Bay Area so that will be a guy a name to watch for in the next 24 hours if the Saints who are really loaded with you know a bunch of guys on that defensive line Granderson and others uh if they wind up cutting Isaiah fosy or pton Turner you might see the 49ers uh try to sign that take either one brother take don't even matter to me2 draft to tried to get in front of teams in the waiver wire process and just try to trade for a player and skip the waiver wire deal Al together anybody I think the 49ers will be on the lookout for every and any uh defensive end that potentially uh that's gonna shake free here at the deadline all right that's gonna do it for us thanks to Bo time e all right let's let me pull up the this is my current roster projection what is red I think is going to be cut what is green I think they're going to stay it's orange or orang they may or may not consider picking that player up also I like them so for made them orange because we need it and it's it's got to be one of them that makes it uh the safety position I couldn't tell between Walker and Mahoney and I really feel like Walker is gonna have it way more than money is so I had him as orange and honestly I really should put him as red because he's really the outside looking in so I'm gonna go ahead and make him red uh I'm Gonna Keep Anderson and mc McGill orange because I do not know if they're gonna keep 5D tackles because if they do it's gonna be one of these guys I don't think it's gonna be brown I don't think it's gonna be Williams I think Williams is actually hurt uh so but I'd be happy with these four here and then if one of them gets hurt I would just piip a guy off for the practice squad you know that's all I would do I don't
