for phly I'm Zach Burman here at the Eagles training facility where there's big news leading into Monday's wild card game against Tampa Bay AJ Brown is out the eagle star wide receiver has a knee injury that according to Nick Irani always made it a stretch for brown to play even though he's tried to get back for this game and then only the script makers could write it it's the first game the Eagles are playing without brown since the playoff loss to Tampa Bay two seasons ago that was evidence the Eagles needed a player like brown in the first place look for a combination of Jones quz Watkins and Alam zakas to compliment Devonte Smith and Dallas GD in the passing game but I also think the Eagles could lean on the offensive line and DeAndre Swift in the running game especially with Jaylen Herz playing through an injured middle finger also of note safety re blankin ships a game time decision for the Eagles he has not practiced all week and if he's absent look for avonte Maddox to slide over to safety for all your Eagles coverage check out the PHL Eagles show and all phly.com
