Number one I really want to own and run my own business. It was something I would like to do if I ever left college football, never thinking I would leave. I said I did not have anything going but I wanted to get into some sort of a franchise and I needed a business model. >> He said, we have frozen custard in Jacksonville where I live. I had never tasted frozen custard before in my life before we opened it. They loved it. >> After 18 months, of drawing up plans, two weeks of training camp, opening day for wits on James Island. Since then he has been there each and every day all day scooping up all of the experience he can get. >> Your name is on the business just like it was on Citadel football at all the other places I have worked. >> Is passed far from forgotten. Heck, you can't spell sprinkles without NIL. >> I come and get the shop set up and do a little cleaning and get my mind right and get focused for the day. 7:00-nine :00 we get ramped up with a long line out the door and that is our game day that we look forward to.
