crowd strike Holdings just reported impressive second quarter results exceeding expectations and sending their stock up 2% in after hours trading they achieved an adjusted earnings per share of $14 beating estimates of 97 with quarterly Revenue soaring to $963.66 year-over-year their annual recurring Revenue also hit $ 3.86 billion growing by 27 .6 million in new AR however the company's full year guidance fell short projecting adjusted EPS of $361 to $365 below the $388 consensus they cited a $30 million impact from customer incentives each quarter still with $4.4 billion in cash and record operating cash flow of $326.4 remains in a strong position
