we felt like we did enough defensively and they get a fluky penalty and it's the it's game can you take us through that play can you take us through what you yeah look I I haven't seen replays uh it looks like both our players turn turn their backs a little bit um usually when that's the case it's because they're trying to block and it's an it's usually a natural position but look I haven't seen the replay I haven't uh I didn't see initially um but yeah frustrating penalty call and um obviously it it wasn't enough to get overturned with v but to call it that quickly look it's you know it is what it is what was different about this game than the last three you guys have played this year uh you know we didn't we didn't allow them to to tr transition you know obviously it's a smaller field so we were able to get bodies on on on their fast players but we didn't we didn't allow the game to open up um you know we were uh more compact uh aware of of counter moments and uh you know we did a good job of of just preventing um fluky counterattacks that that led to goals um and not getting scored on E uh first obviously is a big one did the compactness of the game limit you guys ability to get runners in the Box as well and open up in for sure look we're we're exerting a lot of energy defensively uh you know it's a smaller field and with a with the way they play with the five in the back it's hard to get him behind uh so now we're playing for scraps and you know once the game kind of we we started throw more numbers forward at the end of the game we we created a couple more chances but um yeah it was it was a a freshing game alt together on the outside goal what did you see there Christian guys uh look again I I didn't see much uh on on the actual play uh you know I just Tred to put it in a in a dangerous area I didn't know if Jordan was onside or offside uh I didn't have the great the greatest of angles but apparently it was offside and um you know again V is is there for a reason but uh yeah frustrating that we we felt like we scored and we were back in it and then it gets overturned as one of the captains how do you make sure that this loss isn't demoralizing enough to affect you in Portland and the rest of MLS play yeah look we still have a lot to play for um you know we have a tough schedule coming up we against some good teams uh teams on the west coast that that are right there with us and so uh it'll be really important for us to um gather some points gather momentum again um but yeah frustrating that we didn't make another final um you know that's that's the standards that we have at this club that we want to make finals and uh unfortunately we didn't we weren't able to do so all right thanks guys
