welcome back to London beautiful life and today we're at the Mind Body and scroll event with 3 UK hosted by Olivia Atwood Dak hello how are you I'm very well how are you yeah great thank you so how did this like this campaign come about with 3 UK so I have partnered with 3 UK for this mind body and scroll event um and the activation of the last couple of weeks we've been doing in helping people to form better connect in their Network the research shows that we are a nation that is very Reliant and we care about our communities and our connections but a lot of us don't have the confidence or the knowhow on how to keep them strong have you learned anything cuz I learned quite a lot today have you learned anything new from yourself I was glued to Keith I was just like I couldn't take my eyes off it I was like I I did not know that some of these emojis had other uses and I think things like that are so useful cuz for example an emoji is a really good way of expressing emotion through message and sometimes the text can be so kind of 2D can't it and I think putting the Emoji on gives it warmth it gives it you know depth and I think yeah he was great I love listening to him speak what's your most used Emoji oh I love the one you know it's like it's breathing out like you know it's like but I it's I can do it when I'm tired what a day or my friend will send me a pair of shoes and I'll be like like they are you know amazing I love it it's really underrated so talking about social media your podcast it's been amazing series one's done now are you excited for Series 2 and what can we expect from Series 2 so we are we're into Series 2 now we launched with Ronnie who was on love Island he's a really close friend of Bradley and I and then we followed with the Brad episode which has gone down as as well as expected considering he was the most requested guest I was like this better pop off and it has and I've got some really amazing guests coming I've got Katy Price is coming up and J Jam um yeah I'll give you two that's what you're going to get we've got we've got we've got a great guests but they're twoo the ones I'm most excited to share what were they like I mean obviously two very different interviews um but two like Fierce women who you know speak their mind and are very Unapologetic in who they are um obviously jam with all her incredible activism work and you know her she Trailblazer in so many ways and then Katie Price just being Katie the icon that she is um we reminisced on how we first met when I came out of the love Island Villa and what's been going on with her over the years and she's obviously bringing a new book out so we touched on what people can expect in her new book um it's a great chat great chat and regarding your documentaries you've done what has been the most shocking or revealing thing that you were like wow like this has been this is mind-blowing so much I mean I think with the getting Filthy Rich series I mean the money that's being earned from sort of these these websites and the way that people are utilizing them is is extremely insane amounts of money like exchanging hands and um just how smart and Savvy a lot of the women are that run these you know sites these pages I think it's very easy to have a preconception of people and I think it shattered so many of my stereotypes that I even was guilty of that good welfare for them as well because obviously sometimes maybe you they're open up to things maybe they thought was there was a bit of a flex and then they're like oh actually maybe this might not be like what I wanted to go down in real life yeah 100% I mean with all my shows and it as a whole welfare is at the Forefront of what they do and they're very transparent about their policies and everyone you know goes through the same process before we find out if someone's a superable candidate to film with amazing and then your dogs um obviously if anyone wants to get a rescue dog what advice would you give them and also were your dogs when you got them do they warm up to you really fast so to answer your first question obviously I would always always implore a dog don't shop because I just think it's the most rewarding thing you can do we have a massive crisis in this country with dogs needing homes um don't underestimate that you know you will get back what you put in but it's it's not easy um and you know it's something that you should go into fully prepared definitely instruct the help of a dog behaviorist or a trainer where you can and just do research like knowledge is power when it comes to dogs I think there's so much misinformation out there and both our dogs are slightly different so Lola We rescued from Romania and she was a street dog so she was much more fearful um and it took a lot longer to gain her trust cuz all she knew was to fear humans Stitch who was our Rob one came from South Wales um and she was in a terrible State when she came to us but she hadn't lost the trust in humans so it was a lot easier to build a bond with her um it was just more about getting her back to like full health cuz she was so sick um but yeah the best thing I've ever done in my adult life 100% amazing and then lastly what can we expect for you for the rest of the Year this is a very very big year we're already halfway through it but um second series of the Pod obviously in full swing and then we have uh a new form coming to ITV a dating show that I am hosting which is a a debut for me in that role which I'm very excited about and um hopefully some
