all right got everybody okay great good to see everyone be a fun uh fun event here after practice so looking forward to that so keep the questions brief you like you like um yeah you know I think it's uh it's not it's a it's a team decision to bring him you know to bring him in and um guys in Carolina spoke highly of them uh Mike was very productive at Michigan obviously so you know we had a chance of eval him coming out and he was played was that 2 years after we left um to go back to Baltimore so uh just excited have him in here and he's got a great opportunity to come compete and and earn himself a spot here for for hopefully a while what are the merits for the starters on offense to play Saturday uh yeah so uh the plan is uh you'll see a lot of starters to start the game um how many reps and all that uh it's kind of on a per person type basis but uh the plan is to see a good amount of the guys um we got a couple Nicks and bruises here we'll hold some guys out so there's some some guys you might not see that you might expect but for the most part um most of the starters will start the game the included sorry what are the merits starting them this is it because that extra week next week between games well different different reasons uh offense we just hadn't had a chance to get everybody out there and and operate you know especially you know at our home field and um you know go through all those things and just you know there's something to you know put the paths on actually go out and and move the ball before we do it for real and then uh defensively you know we only got six snaps in the first game so an opportunity to go out there and and put some put some more good film on tape and have some confidence going to the first game to clarify you said Jun yeah what have you seen from practic as expected uh takes charge he moves really well right now um some of the language is is just different but but he's learning it incredibly fast it feels like and um I think he's got a lot of confidence too which is which is uh which is encouraging and uh I'm just excited about him right now honestly is it a little too early to get him in the action this weekend or you want to see how yeah I don't think we'll see Conor for the game Jone Baker though looks like he's getting back into things a little yeah he's tring in the right direction um you know we did at act today so got was able to get a couple more reps than he would have uh if we were going full speed coach you've been part of turnarounds and defense in Michigan Baltimore can you talk about what's required for a defense to take a big leap in one year uh alignment guys buying in on playing the the way that that it requires to play to to play good defense so uh like we're on that Trend you know the guys are into it um and it's our job as coaches to to remind them of the standard that we're doing every day and uh and it's a process you know you're trying to to build it you can't do it in one day but um but uh Buy in is it possible for Michael be to play Saturday at uh I'm not sure we'll see where he's at tomorrow but it it's not out of the realm of possibility you talked a couple weeks ago about the competition running back most between like and Penny where SE that got some games that well I you know it just shows you what competition does brings out the best in people and um both guys are you know both guys are making plays in their own right so um we're excited about those two you know and where they're at but uh we still got one more game to play so it'll be fun to go see them do their thing on Saturday anything you can tell us on raan Jenkins and Trey Brown uh yeah raan we're not sure timetable and uh Trey uh we're looking at probably practicing next week how how Kon Wallace how's he kind of done Stephanie and just kind of in general throughout all yeah kon's done a great job um all the things we saw on tape fast physical thing thing just pops up that I love the most about him is just guy loves football man like the process the communication the competition um all the things just um loves ball loves playing the right way just uh so much respect for just how he goes about his business and uh it's fun to listen to him out there and and go fly around and make plays so uh he's doing a great job withed yeah Mike's he's an inside backer yeah he'll be with KO and those guys looking at this game the well we got to make a decision in an interial line quickly specifically Right Guard um you know and then there's there's a lot of depth questions to be had special teams wise uh in the defensive back field so I mean may not be that you know exciting for you guys but for for us as coaches you know it's just it's like it's an opportunity to go out there and and earn yourself a job in this league whether it be with us or another team um you know we'll talk about it with the guys over the next couple days but there there are so many examples of people earning a spot in this third preseason game everybody's on their own timeline and earn themselves an opportunity you know to you know to play professional football which is you know which is which is an awesome blessing so I'm excited just it's a great um you know people it's not easy to have this opportunity to you know make your dreams come true so it's it's going to be it's going to be a fun night look like you had Richard Sherman talk to the team f oh yeah I think this first time coming to practice so um and we chatted up a bit but yeah it was cool he had um it's great to see him cams here as well so um yeah good times why you smile I mean they're two of the best to ever do it and they're our guys so I mean let's be like those guys coach can you talk about what it's like to have friends and family here today uh for for players and and folks I mean we've put in a lot of work and and uh the people that are behind the scenes that make it come to life and allow our you know our guys and men and women in the building to you know come and put all the effort that it takes to put a successful training camp together and build our team so now we can spend some time together it'll be uh be fun hopefully get a little sunlight but so to how's T's doing a good job um steady increase tough um all the things we we saw you know as we uh evaluated him in the off season but um but he's still you he's still a rookie but the the the future's bright with ta you know more about likelihood of Noah and ready I don't think the likelihoods changed or anything like that I mean I think they're they're on they're on schedule a lot of things can happen between now and then so I don't I don't want to like give you one thing or another but uh we're optimistic anything else than all
