what advice do you have for black and brown leaders to support their communities really just ask that Community what they need you ask someone what they need you're able to fill in exactly like the gaps that are missing as opposed to just saying oh this is what they need what they need and assuming when you kind of assume what a community may need you're not really achieving any goal you're not achieving your goal as a leader because you're not efficiently helping them and then the community is not being served efficiently because they're provided something that simp they don't need so the main prux of it is to just add and I think that's most important
