one of the cases that I've been talking about in the last couple days is the Boston bombing case that was a case where the prospective jurors were actually in lockdown so they were affected by the bombing itself not to mention being in the parade there was a similar motion made because of that taint and that bias and it stayed right there in the proper venue the United States Supreme Court decided the case and upheld that particular decision um and that was in 201 22 that is precedent you know it's a federal case it's a little bit different because Moscow is a small County and I think that's the best argument to be made but to your point Julie that is a possible remedy instead of moving everything bring the jurors in the panels in and that can be done logistically David appreciate it
