today I'm going to give you guys my 20 minute incline walk routine I do this at the end of workouts if I have enough time so it's basically just a pyramid I start at incline two and I walk at about 3.5 speed and then every 2 minutes I increase the incline by two so I go 2 4 6 8 10 at 10 I do that for 4 minutes and then I go back down the pyramid 8 6 4 two and that's the workout you want to be sure that you have your hands by your side that you're not holding on to treadmill at any point and if this is easier then you can start higher and do the pyramid that way
