Croatia is sinking. Severe flooding in Dubrovnik

Storms in Croatia cause floods. Dubrovnik has been hit by a storm,  rushing streams are flowing through the streets, people are saving what can be saved.  The change in weather on Monday affected most of the country, with heavy rain causing the  most problems in Dalmatia. Streets in Zadar, Makarska, Split and Dubrovnik were flooded.   The Dubrovnik region was particularly  affected. A severe storm with heavy  rain and downpours caused flash floods.   Due to the heavy rainfall in Dubrovnik, Stradun and a number of city roads were flooded, and landslides were recorded on the Adriatic Highway.  Some drivers have lost the license plates of their cars, and some are still waiting for their owners.
