HE'S IDENTIFIED AS 34 YEAR-OLD NORCO RESIDENT JUSTIN HOLSTON BERG WHO WAS FACING 9 CHARGES, INCLUDING ARSON WITH DAMAGES AMOUNTING TO MORE THAN 7 MILLION DOLLARS ALONG WITH OTHER CHARGES RELATED TO A RUNNING SPRINGS HOME BURNING DOWN AND FOR ALLEGEDLY INJURING A FIREFIGHTER WHO SUFFERED A BROKEN ANKLE ADDITIONALLY ON OUR COMPLAINT. >> THERE ARE CHARGES OF 3 SEPARATE INCENDIARY DEVICES OFFICIALS SHOWING THIS MAP. >> SAYING HOSTON BERG ALLEGEDLY IGNITED 3 SEPARATE FIRES, ONE OF WHICH IS THE LINE FIRE. THEY FOUND THE SUSPECT'S VEHICLE TO BE IN AND AROUND THOSE AREAS USING LICENSE PLATE READERS AND WITNESS STATEMENTS SOMETHING THEY SAY WAS PIVOTAL IN LOCATING HOST IN BIRD.
