as a fan of British humor and the awkwardness that comes with teenage life I can't help but feel excited about the possibility of another iners movie growing up with these characters was like watching a reflection of my own life albeit with more hilarious mishaps originally airing over three seasons the show was transformed into a 2011 film that depicted the group's wild getaway to treat during a chaotic vacation the initial movie Garner box office earnings triggering the creation of a follow-up film that transported them to Australia as a movie Enthusiast di had assumed that my days of following the Misadventures of the socially awkward gang from The Inbetweeners were over however in an unexpected twist Josie Thomas one of the show's Stars has recently hinted at a potential third installment how may always be comedy podcast the cast it seems still maintains a close Bond and have been brainstorming ideas for another film if the project materializes we might find our friends in the heart of the notorious party hub Las Vegas instead of jetting off to Exotic locales as did in first two mov Thomas shaved this ining tidbit during the podcast leaving fans like myself eagerly awaiting further updates uh we're still here and our lives continue to intertwine we still appreciate each other and if a suitable opportunity presented itself um I believe we'd be Keen uh a movie in my opinion could be a fitting Choice creating another series might prove difficult due to time constraints but with a film there are numerous possibilities uh Joe Thomas explains why a new series of The Inbetweeners wouldn't work as a devoted copile I can't help but reminisce about the time when the hilarious British shikon The Inbetweeners got an American makeover in 2012 airing for just one season on NTV before its untimely cancellation this reboot and to recreate the laugh out loud moments from the original series but sadly missed the mark on what truly made their jokes so amusing initially now with Whispers of a new Inbetweeners movie in the air fans are buzzing with anticipation however there's a vocal group who have been yearning for the return of the original show ever since a bid AO in 2010 uh a Revival or reboot of the series seems improbable given how much the cast and their characters have matured since then Neil however is still up to his usual Mischief with Legos during our discussion tonas shared his reasons for believing a series Revival wouldn't be feasible and why movie spin-offs are more popular instead the actor in a humor is consider movies as extraordinary events allowing them to push the boundaries of Storytelling on the other hand British sitcoms often find humor in the ordinary aspects of Life a comedic style that now resonate as well now that the characters from being the twers have grown up Thomas elaborated and watching a movie can be a unique experience movies often explore abnormal situations while sitcoms focus on depicting everyday life unlike a sitcom a movie has a conclusion on the other hand a sitcom is like having a laugh with a humorous friend at a bar it's ongoing and without an end uh the in betweeners uh is available to stream on Prime video [Music]
