after Row versus Wade was overturned the power to regulate or restrict abortion fell to each state now each state has different laws regarding abortion Donald Trump has been claiming that many states will let you abort the baby at 9 months and he also claimed that in some states you could kill the baby after birth here is a chart which gives you the exact situation in different states first let us be very clear that no state lets you kill the baby after birth this would be called infanticide and not abortion here Trump's claim is not correct we do see that nine states have no limit on when you can abort the fetus and so Trump's Claim about that is correct however this may be a moot point because as per the chart below 99% of abortions are performed during the first 20 weeks or first 5 months of pregnancy I hope this makes you a more informed voter for more videos like this please subscribe to the channel
