whenever there's a black business owner that's reaching New Heights expanding their business trying to scale we have literally no Grace for that with respect to the owner of brav um and the video that she put out uh stating that black business owners are just not as merciful and giving people Grace and you know black the black Collective we don't give the grace to other black business owners and I I have a couple of theories as to why and as a black business owner myself you know getting bigger and and growing bigger and expanding bigger you have to have the nervous system for that you got to be ready to address PR concerns at the end of the day when it comes down to entrepreneurship this is the one place in our in this country where black people can actually have some level of creative control but you have to do it right
