The US Attorney's office says five Central Ohioans have now pleaded guilty to charges in a narcotics conspiracy and human trafficking case. The case was first announced back in 2022 after a federal grand jury indicted 11 people for distributing bulk amounts of fentaNYL and cocaine near Burroughs Elementary School in Columbus. Then months later, 12 more people and 28 new charges were added. So far, 17 of the 23 defendants have pleaded guilty.
