Uh, let's start here. We have this, uh, so reminder, today, there could be a strong storm or two this afternoon or evening, but the chance is very low. It's a one on a 1 to 5 scale. And, and I said earlier, if I could drop it to a 0.75 I would, but I can't, uh, we'll call it up to quarter size hail, potential metroplex in areas to the east. That's as a cold front starts to move into the area, you start to see clouds thickening up a little bit here. 87 in Dallas, it's 86 at DFW. That number there due points in the middle seventies. So it's very, you know, sticky outside and that'll add fuel to thunderstorms as the front moves through. Winds are still out of the south of DFW. The cold front hasn't made it yet. But if you go up to Gainesville, winds are starting to shift to the north, it's a slow moving cold front now, right here across the area and there it is at 12 and we go through the afternoon, we'll see again, a couple of scattered showers and storms pop up with this cold front. That's 3 p.m. Up to quarter size hail. That means if there will be hail, most of it's gonna fall in, in the dime size, maybe nickel size area. That's about it. There's 3 p.m. We get into the late afternoon, early evening, scattered thunderstorms again along I 20 could be a messy drive home for folks cold front in the heart of the Dallas Fort Worth area by six or seven. You'll see a, a decent coverage of rain. It's our best chance of rain in a while. Scattered showers and storms will continue and start to, you know, through the evening wind down late evening into the overnight, the overnight a 10%. That's really about it. Of a spotty shower or storm Thursday. There may be some lingering rain or thunderstorms in far eastern portions of North Texas or even into East Texas, but that's not it. There's more, uh, we have better rain chances too going into the end of this weekend, Sunday, 50% coverage Monday, Tuesday, 40 to 30. So, you know, over the next seven days to see these rain chances this time of the year. It's a bargain. It's great. 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected across the heart of the Dallas Fort Worth area, less lesser totals to the west, slightly higher totals to the east over the next seven. And with the rain chances look at this, I said this earlier to mark. It's like a work of art. 96 to 97 is the normal high today. I expect 96 because the clouds have moved in. They're thicker. So, I, you know, we're gonna get that hot today at DFW. It's hot but not as bad as it could be. And then it's upper eighties and lower nineties for the most part over the next seven. Amazing. There's the work of art itself, scattered showers and storms for much of the next 14 days. That doesn't mean everyone sees rain every day. It is still the middle of summer. So, don't forget that. Uh, but to see highs in the upper eighties, lower nineties continue for a stretch and then we get closer to normal toward the end of the 14 day forecast with rain chances coming down a little bit. Uh, we'll have some spotty showers and storms through next Friday and high. Stay in the middle nineties. So, not too bad for this time of year. Certainly much better than the last two summers. That's for sure. Mark. Take that Mona Lisa. A work of art. Thank you, Jesse.
