out Devin white for that starting rooll in in the lineup all this and more but you already know the snow the Eagles train to go King DV Sports what's good everybody it's your boy King DV I want to talk about the injury report but first man Devon white being out is the biggest news of the day um basically you know we was thinking that everybody was healthy this is what we were getting in the last couple practices but unfortunately Devon white is out with an ankle injury I don't know how severe it is I'm hopeful that he could be back week two against the Falcons but Devon white man speedy recovery man um just respect your mindset and everything but unfortunately you know you're not able to make it um I know the Eagles are on the flight AS of as of 10 o'clock this morning so you know I feel like you know Devon white Devon white will be okay you know it's nothing to really Panic about um but what what does this mean for guys like ncoe Dean um and Jeremiah TR Jr I think that they're going to get more snaps I think Noe Dean should be ready and this is a blessing this this is really a blessing because it's especially for ni Dean that wanted to get those reps to show that he belongs in his League um he's been making great plays in the off in in the preseason and also Jeremiah TR Jr as well man you know he wants to get some playing time as well so you got a lot of guys out there um Orin Burks just got lifted up to the 53 man roster so you know I think we'll be fine for this game um it's just all about trying to stop Josh Jacobs just basically where I'm at with it Josh Jacobs should be the number one priority for the Philadelphia Eagles now I do want to talk about Jeff mlan putting out this nonsense basically saying things like you know Nico Dean was already marked there and you know as as the starter he had a better preseason um or the Eagles feel like that he had a better preseason than him now Jeff mlan is a respect respected reporter in Philadelphia but at the same time man when you put nonsense out like that and the eag Les um coordinator at Vic fangio Nick serani guys hasn't been even talking about things like that you know we had Deon white in these preseason games and I knew that Devon white did not look right because you know he was not really explosive like he normally is um it could have been something that was lingering and he just said you know I can't go he probably um re-aggravated it something could have happened but for you to put this this type of um message out on Twitter or X it's it's crazy it's crazy I'm not believing it I feel like that nicoe Dean has his opportunity now to show that he belong in the lead that show that he's a starter and either besides de beside Devon white or you know if he can actually solidify himself to have that spot but anyway I feel like that this is crazy it it's just insane to think about that you know now this report comes out because now devil white is not available now his stock is down in in reporter's eyes and they just trying to cause some conflict in the locker room I get it I honestly don't think that the Eagles would have put this out there um especially right before they um boarded the plane if you know they didn't have a game plan in place and didn't trust the linebacker so we got to just trust the organization doing what they're doing but you know if they've been hot in this injury man you know this things that the Eagles do you're not going to really get the full story until you know after the game or after after game day that's when you're going to get the fulls um story but I feel like you know we're ready I said I said it before you know the linebacker position as much as you hear about Zack Bond um Nico Dean you know who's come alive man you know I remember on the preseason game against the Patriots whereas though he went and disrupted uh Drake May and then came back and tackled a guy when it was like four guys around him and he basically had that effort you know this is what we're going to need from a guy like nicoe Dean you know um Jeremiah NR Jr had plays in the preseason as well but Devon white you know just looked like he just miss he was missing a step you know that's basically where I'm at with it um let me know what you guys think about the linebacker position also I do want to talk about a guy that was on everybody's radar fan radar um in um Patrick Cain he just got paid now he's the highest paid cornerback in history um he just decid a four-year deal with uh Brock Olsen I knew that if we were going to be looking at him and everything like that that you know he was going to want to be signed so I didn't see him on our radar at all I think that you know he made the right decision to be with an organization that was willing to pay him out um and the Broncos had the money to do so so you know salute to pet San uh for getting that you know getting that contract extension and just getting his money I'm not mad at it at all lastly I do want to talk about some of my concerns for this upcoming match up on Friday we are two days away from the Eagles versus the Packers and I do have some concerns still you know the edge I don't know how that's going to roll out I feel like that um uh uh I feel like BG is going to have a bigger role I feel like that uh sweat is going to be the opposite side bright self we really didn't hear too much about him didn't see too much from him in the preseason and at practice the videos that we did see so I don't know what we're getting um I'm just anxious and and also just kind kind of kind of kind of curious on you know the schemes that Vic fio is going to put these guys in I feel like that you know I don't really have to worry about the uh DT room because I feel like that you know with Jordan Davis jellen Carter um Bryce young I mean not Bryce young I'm sorry uh Byron young um guys like that I feel like that oh Milt Williams I'm not worried about the DT room it's more so I'm worried about that you know that edge you know I don't know if J would be ready um right now and showing that he's he's um full full and ready to go healthy so I don't know what rotation he's going to be in but I know that you know guy like Jordan love will be ready um to go at these rookies I know that he's going to test out Quon Mitchell I know that he's going to test out that left side um this is week one game one so everybody's going off a tape from last season did both teams didn't really show too much um from you know this offseason and training camp and preseason and everything like that but they know that you know it's guys that you you want to stop you know they probably looked at some Giants tips for saquan Barkley um and then also they're going to try to you know have the Eagles go against that Blitz you know the blitz down down the stretch of last year was something that we couldn't stop and then and also the offensive lineman also the the coach regardless of it was Nick serani or uh um um Brian Johnson I feel like that we could not stop the cover zero blitz could not be stopped last season I feel like that with Kell Moore Doug nus me jell hery got together and they made that the emphasis also Nick serani has some sense in it they made that the emphasis of this off season whereas though that in training camp and mini camp to just go against that you know just go against that I've seen that at Oprah practice that you know it was a lot of that type of Blitz and Jen has been doing a a remarkable job you know just being able to handle it better you know just be able to do certain things trust his lineman uh the the right guard position was in question until MAA beckon actually you know stepped up and I feel like he's a lot more comfortable with a MAA beckon than he was with Tyler Stein last season um but let me know what you guys think about the blitz um let me know if y'all going to be looking for that I I know that gay pack is going to try to do that um try to set some linebackers but you know it's all about the Eagles handle the linebackers and also the safeties and I feel like that you know Jen H is going to be on a full display on how he's
