pull up Arkansas schedule along with my predictions as well we'll start of course guys in week one Arkansas sort of easing into this season they'll be one of the teams that'll be kicking off on Thursday August the 29th when they take take on Arkansas pimbrook the golden Lions of course that game at War Memorial Stadium Arkansas gets an easy win there get a feel-good win to get the season going then immediately out the gate the tester on the road at Oklahoma State Boon picking stadium in Stillwater Oki State one of these teams guys you look at the big 12 it's a log Jam right you look at conference odds there's like six or seven teams that you could realistically bet on to win the big 12 and Arkansas guys this is one I talked before about early season momentum there's nothing Sam Pitman needs more than early season momentum and you heard Sam Pitman as well guys at SEC media day say embrace the hog maybe that's the mentality maybe that's the Mantra of the 2024 season Oki state with Ali Gordon they're GNA be a really solid team but I'm embracing the hog here I think Arkansas goes on the road pulls the big upset at Boon picking Stadium which I say it's a big upset I think when we watch the game guys I think we're gonna leave this ball game really impressed with Arkansas Oklahoma State wildly inconsistent we saw them last year guys what they went to the the Big 12 title game the same season they lost to South Alabama so let's not kid ourselves and act like Oklahoma State it's like you're taking on you know the Texas Longhorns or the Georgia Bulldogs one of the top teams in the country this Oki State team this Oki State program still really good but a flawed bunch I think Arkansas pulls the upset there to start off two and 0 they beat UAB in week three I got Arkansas at three and 0 so you talk about early season momentum I do think they will build that then you've got the SEC opener at Auburn one of the toughest places to play in the SEC Auburn in their own right a flawed team an improved team but a flawed Team guys what if I told you Arkansas starts this season 4 and0 that's exactly what I've got the Hogs doing again I'm embracing the hog I'm higher on Arkansas than some others I think they go into Auburn go to Jordan hair this game potentially gonna be a night game I don't think it matters heck guys Arkansas's played better on the road they've played better on the road than at home of late I think that's going to continue TN green Bobby Patrina believer in that offense I think Arkansas goes Road Auburn's gonna be figuring some things out guys listen I think Auburn's an improved football team from the skill position standpoint I'm still not sold on Payton Thorne I think the defense will be salty but I still have my question marks when it comes to Auburn and guys you're going to see I think this is going to be a theme in the SEC a lot of these middle of theack teams they're GNA beat up on each other expect the unexpected it's going to be a grind week in week out I think arkans takes it Auburn I've got the Hogs starting 4 and0 what would the vibe be in [ __ ] Bill if the Hogs are four and0 through four games then the schedule starts to stiffen up a little bit you've got the Texas A&M maggies in the southwest classic guys I'm picking Arkansas to get their first loss here I'm picking A&M by default until I see Arkansas win this game I think A&M has won 10 of the last 11 in this series 2021 the last time that Arkansas won this football game and oh by the way they had a great season so if you're looking to the key to a great season it seems as if it's Arkansas beating A&M but I'm going with Texas A&M guys I know year one Mike Elco question marks I still think it's a really solid team he's got there in College Station and for whatever reason Arkansas just can't win that game so I see this one as a loss I go to the game against Tennessee and this really begins guys the treacherous home slate the Hogs have there in [ __ ] bille I think you're going to see them be more competitive this game at potentially a night game we've got that 3:30 to 8:00 slot so it could be afternoon could be night I think it will be a rockus environment at dwr I like Tennessee this year I think they got too much I think the Hogs dropped that game then you've got the bye on October the 12th before the game against LSU this game typically end of season now it's mid- October this is a very winnable game for the Arkansas Razorbacks guys this game at home it's Homecoming by the way which what a what a move to schedule that for homecoming uh the battle for the Golden Boot one of my favorite rivalry games one that I think is super underrated we know for a fact this is going to be a night game in fville in that six to eight Eastern slot so we know it's gonna be a night game it's gonna be rocking I do like LSU in this game to come in again guys Arkansas struggled on their home field for whatever reason so you can't really look at it and say well it's a home game it's a guarantee I don't know how good I can feel about the HomeField Advantage when Arkansas hasn't shown me that HomeField Advantage is that big of a deal so I do think Arkansas drops this one three straight losses I think they bounced back though beat Mississippi State this again listen this state program they're dealing with a lot Jeff leby year one they only have two returning starters on the entire football team this game is it Davis Wade gonna be one of those early games hopefully fingers crossed we don't get a repeat of what we got last year I think what was it 7 to3 I think was the final I don't think we will I think ton green Bobby patrino Andrew Armstrong that offense I think they're going to start clicking here I think at Mississippi State you do get the dub a much needed dub to bounce back which would put you at five and three at this point in the season with a tough stretch upcoming you got the Old Miss Rebels coming to town again guys the home slate listen if you're a season ticket holder it's a great year to be a season ticket holder maybe not from the standpoint of wins and losses but the standpoint you're gonna see some great matchups excuse me and some great teams as well the Old Miss Rebels come to town early kick I'm a Believer in Old Miss I think this could be closer than folks are expecting though I do think this could be a close game back and forth matchup I like o Miss though too much guys just too much Travis Williams he's done a great job on the defensive side I don't think he's going to have the horses to keep up with what Old Miss has got this year so I got you dropping that game as well then you've got the byee before you take on the Texas Longhorns in fville who can forget what happened in this ball game the last time they played 2021 Arkansas took Texas to the Woodshed folks I mean that was a straight up beating unfortunately I think Texas remembers that as well I think they will come in I think they will get their Revenge I will not be surprised if this one gets out of hand so back-to-back losses against Old Miss and Texas you've got the game against Louisiana Tech I think Arkansas will handle their business find a way to win that one then you got to go to KO and guys this is one listen you know this would be the year that Arkansas would win this game it would right with all the the focus on Sam Pitman and his job and and what's the status moving forward future of Razer backs football th this would be the year that Arkansas found a way to snap the streak I cannot pick it though at Missouri I know you've been better on the road don't get me wrong I've been talking about it but at for field and Como Missouri probably gonna be a double digit win team this year and as you can see guys in my predictions I'm a little bit higher on Arkansas than some others I don't think that means you beat missou and I know hog fans think we're the better program we're Superior to missou and you can think that but it hasn't shown on the field and I don't think it's going to show on the field this year so when the dust settles I've got the Arkansas Razer backs six- six two- six in conference play but again making a bowl game getting off to a really hot start the schedule's going to increase in difficulty but I do think the Hogs will find a way to six wins which I think should be good enough to save Sam pitman's job they in Fayville now does maybe Sam Pitman want to retire does he want to move on maybe that's a to topic for another conversation for another segment if you will but I do think Sam Pitman will do enough to return in 2025 and I think Arkansas gonna be a little bit better I'm embracing the hog I think TN green on the offensive side led by Bobby patrino having him back in fill I think they're going to be better on the offensive line I think they've got some weapons there on the offensive side and then defensively I think they take another slight step forward second year of Travis Armstrong the defensive coordinator Landon Jackson leading you up front in the front seven I do think Arkansas takes a slight step forward schedule's brutal but I got the Hogs six and six two- six in conference play but get into a bowl game and guys who knows maybe Arkansas beats amazou maybe they upset LSU at home I could see the Hogs doing even better but I do think Arkansas gets to a bowl game a much needed Bowl Game appearance for Sam Pitman and the Arkansas Razorbacks so guys when you take a look at the schedule where do you agree where
