from England and Welles and we're going to check out how they play me and Nick are going to learn a little bit about how it is to be visually impaired and what these amazing people go through to play the game that they love so let's give it a go how are you I'm good nice me so you're a you're a B1 which is totally can't see I got two artificial eyes so no cheating with me looking forward to taking you pair on how are you doing I'm good thank you so you're a you're a B2 what does that exactly mean I've got a just one eye though just one okay yeah it's uh that's unfortunate I'm Mike I'm a B3 you're a B3 Which is less than 10% of s okay that's okay so you've conly volunteered B3 you're up first thank you very much show show us what you can do so Michael make sure that it's lined up for me they replicate the uh different Vision impairments that our guys have and these are actually Total Blackout this is ones that scare me I no they're the ones he wants that is I think these are ones we should test as well yeah oh wow that is they're all scary they're very scary yeah I would try these okay I'll go with that that's pinhole Vision that s's chosen I mean I'm going to go this one you're going to go completely total black out but I tell you what's so scary when you put up to look at the hole I can't see any I can only see there that's fine that's all the guys can see to to find the hole is over there that isn't that is oh my God okay right here we go awesome oh wow where did it go now we got to got it sounded flush that you've just won 50 Grand according to that sign where is it oh it's gone in the hole is that it behind the you want to keep them on you play better I've been it 10 ft we go okay turn around to your right a little bit stay there let me have a look from behind okay take your position aim right a little aim right a little bit more and a bit more still okay bizar that's just left edge of the green is it really so yeah so if you want to go straight or you want to draw it I'd take it in it to be honest at this moment in time right that's not bad that's not too bad okay practice swing gosh right okay hold still oh shanked it I definitely shanked it same as you Stevie that is mental if you lose your eyesight don't come to us all right now that's that's seriously impressive what you guys do by the way yeah that is very humbling I mean I could have been anyway but it's just a it's a it's yeah the feels that you would get from where you are in space and where your body parts are and everything that must be the sensitivity that the guys must have for it must be amazing can you can you imagine that in 18 hours of golf the concentration that goes how you get seriously how do you get your enjoyment out of that cuz you know when you get a good shot yeah um and if you set up like if it's all fi for you yeah and and the swing I my swing's a bit quick and we saw what happened but if you get your swing right and you get the Rhythm right yeah and you're lined up right you hit it sweet it feels great and it's great and you know when and you know when you B and Danny and Michael tell you know ni when you bit a shot you you can feel it in the club and and when you can't see the dedication from the guys cuz we we can't do this without our guys um and you can imagine the practice Danny that we have to do daily to to get this right it's just it's Madness but you know the charity has been going for 40 odd years now and it's an it's an amazing it's a life-changing experience to play to play golf but without the likes of die and John and and all our guys it's demanding so we need more more in the sport and you know we want to get more out of it together all right great work well thank you weks enjoy that was that was that was it pleasure
