chicone takes that lull to attack no response this time this is the first time chicone's got such clean air uh but to his back wheel and borans gr do absolutely the right thing he's not a GC threat they settle into a nice Tempo with ji hindley just behind Chone uh and you know this is still what 6 K till the short descent in this climb then it kicks up again draft really really matters but respect to Chan for having a dig and maybe if there was an action behind he does indeed go to win this stage but in the heat the third hard stage in a row other teams either sensed weakness in borans gr or had designs on on making a fight in GC Deo attacks Remco much much better today compared to yesterday he goes to his wheel and vlasov looks less comfortable than the previous stages the last Mountain domestique for rogish in the other stages blov completely suffocated and shut down the race he did such a good job this week but here he's out of the saddle he's sprinting Remco pulls off he was just trying to test his legs and vovs not getting immediately back to the wheel of Delo who shredded this to about six Riders G jensson Wago rogich and vlasov as well as his teammate Carlos Rodriguez who's in that group so very very small group and then Deo keeps pacing he he wasn't just attacking for his own ends he keeps pacing hard and he us see the first elbow flick from vlasov but there's no response from rogl he doesn't go to the wheel of dplo vlasov is trying to tell RIT that he he's about to blob and then he just pulls out and now leaves a small Gap and then I'm thinking why does rogl have to close to PLO like Chon is on three mins on GC the pl I don't know two mins or something but RIT is getting to his wheel and then we're waiting to see what will any El do next and Rodriguez is on the radio does he attack does he is he on the limit he's saying slow down we very very quickly have our answer because dplo keeps absolutely smashing it probably he's saying rollit is now isolated we are the only team with two teammates here and very very quickly after Rodriguez attacks Jorgenson counters and for the first time this week we see a gap to Primo's rogl and G actually sits on him before attacking over with Santiago buo as well so really really good from inos today making the second last climb hard waiting for Bora to use up their domestiques using D PLO initially to attack and then pull really really hard it's kind of what they did on laar in romendy where Rodriguez won GC uh it's the same really really good move and they put rogich under pressure today who wasn't having as good a day as the previous two stages and Jorgenson he starts the day 1 minute and two behind RT joh GC a very very big gap for what is just a 20-minute climb they're finishing with but he's getting help from Derek G he's having Carlos Rodriguez pull full gas and we've still got about 3ks or maybe 2 and a half KS it levels off on Plateau deer and he's getting help from these Riders who are pulling really really strong and initially okay it looked like R maybe not having the best day he's crashed in this race I think twice but he's holding it steady 15 seconds 17 seconds never going above 20 seconds with 3.2k to go it looks like the three ahead they'll fighted out for the stage win but ultimately there is no real GC drama in terms of the podium changing but all of a sudden Jorgenson accelerates to PL and Santia really dropped and maybe jensson got told the G was expanding and it's going to 30 seconds in about 500 M it goes well over that when they get to the short Descent Part as Rodriguez keeps helping Jorgenson and rogich he is very very quickly losing time having to look to Julio Chone to help him but Chone is like well unlike ninth on GC and the stage win's gone and in the little kicker to the Finish Jorgenson keeps pushing really really strongly drops uh Derek G who's obviously having a career performance himself as well the Gap goes to 40 seconds as gets a relay from Rodriguez under the flam Rouge and it's 52 seconds that jensson needs and the stage win to take GC and it looked like it was going that way at this point it went to 45 46 but fortunately for rogl and unfortunately for the young American in the white jersey the stage leveled off at the finish and despite Rodriguez pulling strongly to the line and taking the stage win it wasn't enough for Jorgenson with Primos rogich he did a really really good last 300 M basically keeping it stable so Arrow at the finish so Saves the Day 48 seconds behind good sportsmanship from the both of the with RIT narrowly defending that GC lead but what a performance from inos from caros Rodriguez from Jorgenson this week and Rit as well was really really good in the other stages but
