JFK: Bob Welch

Bob Welsh was a former reporter and photojournalist best known for covering the immediate aftermath of the attempted assassination of General Walker and the assassination of President Kennedy in Dallas Welsh was one of the wbap cameramen at Love Field and can be seen standing next to and admiring the presidential limo in a photo taken before the arrival of JFK after the motorcade departed he then went to the trademark with his boss Jim Kerr in the wbap station wagon after news of the assassination arrived there he went to Parkland where he filmed Malcolm Kiff at his press conference in which he announced the death of President Kennedy he gave an oral history interview that asks a significant question about the two shootings which is interesting to me because he missed Walker but he hit Kennedy I never could quite understand because he's a lot closer to Walker than he was to Kennedy he missed he missed him shooting through a window where Walker's in a house and his steady well how in the world could he miss him as long as
