foreign [Music] staff and location staff were very friendly at reception and helpful Hotel situated right across from the O2 thank you amazing room very clean hard to find by public transport but beautiful hotel very clean very clean and comfortable baby shower and stay the team were awesome the food was excellent tasty and adequate and the venue was perfect they worked well with my friends organizing the event and responded well to problems arising due to the corona outbreak the room was fantastic the cleaners were thorough in the facility is excellent I will definitely stay again my only problem was the bed was too big for one smiley face great service from the Radisson blue team we reported that we might have misplaced our passport somewhere in the room a front desk supervisor and two Hotel staffs came up to help I was really impressed by their response exceptional the hotel has lovely breakfast the rooms are huge and spacious fantastic stay from start to finish everything about the hotel is fantastic staff are all amazing and so helpful we even got an anniversary card cake and bottle of Fizz which was a lovely surprise bedrooms were very modern and clean excellent breakfast with Excellent Choice Spa was very peaceful would highly recommend this hotel we had a great stay excellent Hotel good location the staff were so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived especially Lucy and Ellie we had our room upgraded due to it being our wedding anniversary breakfast was lovely and the views over the river were amazing probably one of the best rooms I have stayed in in London clean modern and well just perfect staff friendly and helpful food amazing in room service even TV and bathroom with dimmed lights good area and we just loved it no faults gorgeous Hotel great facilities everything you need in a great price I have stayed in a lot of overpriced hotels over the past 12 months for work that didn't have good facilities or rooms for the price so it was so nice to finally stay somewhere that was reasonably priced with great sized rooms incredibly comfortable bed a nice bathroom including a separate bath and rain shower and only 10 minutes to London City Airport I forgot my adapter so it was such a relief to have USB Outlets next to my bed oh and the actually really good coffee in the lobby was a nice surprise to the usual burnt coffee you get in hotels the staff are lovely I had to drop off my bags and head straight out after check-in and they dropped it to my room which was so nice to come back to after a long day A really lovely surprise and would highly recommend excellent throughout the staff was very helpful and pleasant the best hotel I've ever stopped in 10 out 10.
