what's up everybody watch your own a with Nick driver n driver podcast hope you guys having a great day today make sure you like comment subscribe if you enjoy content like this all right guys so let's get into today's story it looks like Japan has defeated the USA in the wheelchair rugby par Olympics in Paris guys if you've never seen one of these games they're absolutely brutal man and it is amazing to watch so I'm I'm actually excited to uh talk about this today in today's video you guys get online check these games out they're really cool to watch man they're fun to watch and I just want to you know report kind of on this today because this is awesome man this is awesome so Japan defeats USA to win wheelchair rugby gold at Paris par Olympics Japan won Gold by defeating Team USA 48 to 41 in the wheelchair rugby final at the 2024 par Olympics on Monday the victory sealed Japan's first ever gold in the popular event that's awesome the Japanese players and fans celebrated the country's historic first gold in this competition as the time expired at the champ Wars Arena the Japanese who led by just one point at halftime only turned over the ball twice in the match compared to the Americans who gave it away nine times that's crazy man it's crazy I sir difference in in turnovers katua Hashimoto LED Japan with 19 tries Japan ear bronze at the last two par Olympics result meant Team USA had medaled at every three Paralympics in the event finished in several medal positions for the third straight games us star Chuck Aoki a four time par Olympian was devastated after the game there's Chuck right there man from the souths always have trouble saying his last name hopefully I did it justice see him play in it's awesome man Chuck says it sucks I wanted this so bad for our team to 33 yearold said after the loss I know it's a team sport I can't help but I can't help but feel like I let everyone down it hurts Chuck didn't rule out another run at gold in four years in Los Angeles earlier in the competition Sarah Adam made history by becoming the first woman to compete for Team USA and wheelchair rugby at a par Olympics game that's awesome man they take tumbles like as you can see right here this Japanese player right here um Hashimoto you can see right here he's actually they knock each other over man it makes me wonder like what these what these wheelchairs are made out of man it's like a it's like if you're playing it's crazy it's like it's like a war games in like for the par Olympians here man it's this is awesome man you guys would love it man you guys would love it AUST show you defeated Great Britain 50 to 48 to earn Bronze in the event all right guys so with that being said are you guys are you guys fans of this sport have you guys ever heard of this I've watched it periodically uh over the last few years definitely definitely am an American but hey I can definitely give it up to Japan too for for pulling that win off of course I'm a I'm a uh USA fan but but congratulations to the to the Japanese people for pulling this off this is awesome man you guys check out some of the highlights from the game if you get a chance like comment subscribe to this channel guys be safe and have a wonderful wonderful day
