[Applause] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] a [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] la [Music] e [Music] [Music] [Music] the [Music] la [Music] oh all [Music] n [Music] n [Music] the [Music] for [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] he [Music] he [Music] [Applause] [Music] he [Music] the [Music] [Applause] um we'd like to recognize a special friend of the CHS Orchestra but we're not certain he's out of the school board meeting yet is Mr Thompson here he wave here we had a little present for him and since he's not here I think we're going to have to play it anyway you can tell him about it later [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] for [Music] for the [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I [Music] n [Music] for [Music] a [Music] the [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] I'd like to announce unfortunately Bryant hnes was not able able to be with us tonight had a family emergency and so we want to thank Carolyn lace from UVA who filled in I called her about 11 o'clock this morning so we want to thank her from UVA and also John Caldwell from UVA and our Harvest um this is Lynn ABY Lee from The Richman [Applause] Symphony you just heard a very somber Beethoven uh it's actually has a nickname that movement is a funeral March very beautiful and very poignant and Now for Something Completely Different [Music] la the [Music] [Music] the [Music] oh [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] w [Applause] [Music] la la [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Applause] as you can imagine getting this many people together on stage is um a logistical feat and I'd like to thank many people who have helped with this um one-time event I mean this we put the full Symphony together once a year and um I really most of all would like to thank Vince torello for his help in preparing the winds obviously they would not be playing on this level had not had it not been for his many years of training and preparation and we so enjoy playing um in a full Symphony um situation it allows us to play this fantastic repertoire so how about a hand for Mr Vince Torell [Applause] [Music] thank you very much for coming this evening this is the biggest crowd we've ever had for a full Symphony concert we thank you very much and please join us in the lobby for reception following the deor the [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] for [Music] the [Music] the [Music] the [Music] [Music] for [Music] [Music] e [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] w yeah
