At the beginning it was quite difficult, to have a group of six persons from different, really different background. It was very challenging to get to know the team. We needed to deliver something three days later, It's 100% what I expected in terms of ups and downs, and the learning curve was even steeper. MSF is a medical humanitarian organisation devoted to providing medical assistance to populations. In very vulnerable situations all around the world MSF was a super interesting case, We talked about diversity, we talked about sustainability, we talked about digitalisation, learning curve, So it was really capturing a lot of different aspects, I found that we produced a result together, really actively together as we were several groups and
several challenges, we needed to link them all to have 360 View. I found a really, really interesting to discuss with the experts from MSF. Everybody was on board. I do believe that I will be able to implement some of the ideas that were proposed by the participants and I do want to take some of those back to the office for sure. Very intense very long day but I loved it.
It was intellectually very stimulating. I am very impressed about how fast we managed to work together. So I'm very excited for the journey that is to come.
