I know that you're not a supporter of Donald Trump's he loves your music how did it feel when he took the lyrics to Rocket Man and he used it as a nickname for Kim Jong-un and then he gave Kim Jong-un I laugh I thought it was brilliant I don't know about you but I did not expect that response from Elton John I was just thought good on you Donald I'm the rocket man yeah yeah when he did that I just thought it was hilarious it was it made me laugh um I Donald's always been a fan of mine and he's been to my concerts many many times um but it was I thought it was a light moment and it was fun this interview reminded me of when Elton John was at a campaign event with Joe Biden back in June of this year and there was so much confusion going on with Joe that even Elton John wasn't sure what was going on BR here for celebrating our place as equal and valued members of society and for taking concrete action to make our lives better today we join forces so he says to Elton John hey good job man Elton John's like huh oh whatever and then they both walk off man talk about awkward good job man [Music]
