they make the move and they get him back Philadelphia on a three-year deal worth up to 33 million City Philly you got your wish I'm back as a free agent Gardner Johnson had the option of playing anywhere in the NFL this season his choice to return home to the city that missed him to the organization that embraced him and to the team he never wanted to leave how's it feel to be back man like I never left I feel great what was different this time what did the Eagles do to make you want to come back um didn't really do nothing different you know we just had to figure out some things I want to be here so started something here started Legacy here I want to finish it here so why not you know hop back on the train and get back to where we was at two years ago I got traded here from New think the first thing is he brings experience he's been in different systems he's played different spots he really stresses the importance of everybody being connected on one page and you know he's urgent he brings a physical nature to the game and you know when the ball is there he has the a mentality that is his or nobody's hey shut your ass up boy that's a tfl am I in the right spots yeah you get to the right spots we can just be a little more intentional with how we're doing before patient and more fluent yes sir yes sir what you been telling me all Camp patient technique and fluent that's my mentality with the game like I don't want to be the only one celebrating if I can catch six pics I'm always encouraging my teammate to catch six pics so I feel like more I can just try to encourage my teammates if I can bring somebody every day with me if I lean my example I become a better football player yeah I would say that he definitely wants to see his guys succeed he's just as happy for them as he is for himself when he makes plays and that's the culture that we want to have that everybody is celebrating any success we have as a group and as a [Music] team I just want people understand that greatness isn't always something you can achieve but great is something you can take a step forward towards think about the little dynasties that's in college that took 3 4 years to build get coaches where they at that's how I am take little parts of my game build it up and then pull out a good product as the clock closes on training camp the Journey of the regular
