The countdown to kickoff continues in Iowa City. The Hawkeyes and Cyclones collide Saturday afternoon at kick stadium. The game that's got the entire state's attention. Iowa has won seven last eight games in the series including a 20 to 13 victory in Ames. Last season. That game was just Rocco Beck's second game as a starter in his career. A year later, the isu sophomore quarterback is coming off an outstanding opening game this year and presents an entirely different challenge. The cyclone passing attack has the Hawkeye full attention, just the amount of growth that's happening in that year. I mean, he's just every game and he gave us lots of problems last year. You know what I mean? He's a heck of a football player and I really hats off to him and just was watching the film from last year like every week. It's just like he got so much better too. So, I mean, he was rolling in this game one. So I know he, he's, he's a heck of a football player and he's, he's rehearsing a lot of challenges on Saturday, got, got some big receivers, some talents that, uh uh offensive guys there that he's got for his, uh, his in, in his tool belt. Um We're just gonna try to make it as difficult as we possibly can, you know, put pressure on him, hit him as many times as we possibly can. Um, but yeah, you know, we, we've got some more tape on him, see what he likes to do and use that to our, our advantage. The Hawkeyes and Cyclones kick off at 230.
