then we are waiting for the two teams to come out of the tunnel for the countdown and the national anthem that will happen a short while later and uh as you all must have uh seen the uh press conference yesterday the uh coach of Bhutan he said that he's using this uh tournament mainly as a selection for the more important AFC qualifiers uh in March 2025 uh in today's team uh we will be giving you the starting lineup in a while I think but uh we have uh lot of players who have actually played under coach Nakamura when he was the uh academic coach at the BFF Academy here in changii so he's been uh he's been here for a short while and as you know that uh uh we had our league matches going on so some of the players that are playing today were playing as recently as last uh Sunday so in terms of preparation I think not making any excuses but just Tak the facts all right then here comes the two teams out on the pitch the temperature in U right now is about 18° C it is party cloudy Basra Kings and uh for the football fanatics you may see them again uh in October when they come here to play the AFC cup which is being hosted by power FC here at Chan Stadium right in the second stinct of uh of his campaign as the head coach of the Bhutan national team Nakamura has like uh s she said has three three debut players and uh and then and then we have uh all right so anyways for those of you have just joined us we are live from Chan stadium in U and uh you're going to be witnessing the international FIFA international friendly match between Bhutan versus Bangladesh the national teams okay the formation for Bhutan is uh slightly defensive you would say uh it's 343 and I think Bangladesh is playing uh 433 uh my uh feeling about uh the Bhutan strength is on the flanks because uh we have uh both our wing backs are very good with the ball as you know nimi the team captain and then shab DOI playing on the left line both of them are very good with the ball as well as uh have lot of energy to run up and down so I think our strength will be in the in the flags i' like uh like we said earlier the three officials the match referee the other two uh assistant referees are from Nepal the fourth official again is from bhan so the formation like I said for bhani is 343 the three at the back are ktim who plays his Club football in forar FC then uh uh is gson known as baby place for RTC and then uh Comm Comm then uh okay anyway we'll find out who's in the difference uh setting in goal ising D or p d we know his nickname Gra known as crack so the three of them are in the defense and at the at the sides of on the left side we have Shi known as talking and the team captain right right side in the middle ISU experienc player in our team and then with the other two sides we have onuk and then kuk whom you all must have seen had a brilliant uh outing and power played uh Church Boys in Nepal and in the center D mongar is making his debut uh in the in the social media Pages there was a lot of uh lot of questions put up about uh where chenu gsen is about uh why chenda is missing and then uh uh Senda is I think he's missing through injury that he sustained when he played against when he was warming up against get his first corner it was a good uh long ball from Karma to dilip so like we said CH G is playing his football in Indonesia and sender is injured but uh rather than uh I think who's playing and who's not there I think it's important to focus on players on the field because I think like I said earlier many are making the de and the important thing is uh to prepare for the AFC qualifiers in March so we have uh shabi taking a sh to King okay headed out by Defender the last time we played Bangladesh in tempu it was quite some time ago and we won so I think uh looking at the first minute looks like Bangladesh is slightly tentative but uh having said that uh they have much more experienced players because they play in a much higher standard league and our most recent report with them wasn't that great or so because in the sou 2023 Championship we lost 31 so P to nimi nimi has a ball uh gives it to we're sorry we don't know the names of the bang players and unless we see their name numbers it's difficult for us to do so please uh forgive us uh firstly we both of us are not commentators we just volunteered to point the demand for the uh [Music] fans my personal uh observation of budist football over the years uh whether it be uh any age group women's or men's or in know youth football is reflective of our Buddhist culture we we are we tend to react to situation rather than being pro proactive so even when when I'm involved with my club team as well as I'm occasionally when I go uh with the uh teams I always remind them that the first uh 10 minutes we need to really focus because like I said we tend to uh just go in in the first 10 minutes and then when things don't go away we tend to react and in the middle phases our bu this uh team has been fairly good okay Kinga K Kinga is actually very skillful technically our Buist players have come a long way but uh you know if you look at it many of the players that you see on the field uh they have you may have seen them around for quite some time but in terms of actual experience there's not much like three are making their debut and even some of the players who have made their debut as uh way back as in 2017 as just playing getting their eighth cap or ninth cap so uh in terms of international experience we are still uh very low and as you know fo without experience is uh quite different because uh like many years ago I remember when the famous Japanese Nakata came here he said putes players don't have much uh brains he's in fact he put it quite bluntly he says football is 95% brain and 5% skin and he oh that's a mistake from that was a mistake from a goalkeeper and we consider the first go so this was exactly what I just said the first 10 minutes is why we need to be careful and and we just considered in the 5 minutes like you said number seven shik melin yeah jumps onto a error by the goalkeeper the number seven player he just recently played for the sou uh in the South under 20 Championship which was held in kandu it was an easy tapping for him after the goalkeeper punched the ball right into his path shake melindia with the opener in the sixth minute I had a feeling that could have uh taken the ball in rather than punches yeah and I think uh the basics in football is when you when you try to clear you never clear inside you always try to clear to the sides you where there is less danger but anyway I think uh there is still a lot of time left sometimes it's better to con early then consider late on I believe that yeah we have time to come back and hopefully with our 12th man which is our crowd we will uh be able to put up a good show your on well this is a wakeup call for the our national team and uh they will definitely respond to this goal and uh [Music] the other thing I've noticed is that our players don't talk and talk and assist each other too much you know are more gu into their own performance I think it's very important to shout and uh alert and assist each other like the the recent player right now there must be a lack of communication between the goalkeeper and the defense line okay throwing throwing to Bangladesh our senior team hasn't played yet at CH for a long time so uh I think there would be some uh NES as well involved because uh this you know people are over the years as our football has improved so has the expectations from our crowd but uh you know football just as we are developing we must understand that other nations are developing as well okay so is with the ball gives it to pend pend to shup sherab DOI in the flanks Left Flank shub takes it down down the middle plays it to karma karma gives it to issen isson to to in to P again and kma has the ball okay Jimmy has finally said Bangladesh most recent game was the world ofup qualifiers against Australia where they lost 5 n away and then uh a respectable 2 N at home to the mighty Australians I think we just need to continue with what we are doing but be patient but every time I use this work that was close that was close looks like that's our game plan game plan to get in the gap between the defend line and the not be biased I mean we should not be calling bhan as we you know we should be uh calling out calling out the countries name like Bhutan but I think uh we are more fans than commentators as you know two of us are logged into a room with a TV screen in front of us and had we known that was where we were doing a commentary I don't think we would have agreed to do the commentary in the first place because exactly exactly we we really missing missing the action so we not actually doing commentary here as such I mean uh we would have loved to enjoy the game sitting in the stadium with the Championship recently the Bangladeshi national team girls have come here to play against our national team girls where they won both the games but like the buis coach mentioned in the press conference yesterday Bangladesh is going through some political turmoil and perhaps uh the team feels uh extra motivation to bring some joy to their uh countrymen countrymen so that may be an extra motivation oh that was a beautiful passs as you can see the uh most of the position is with the bues team but it has mainly been on our own half and the reason being that the Bangladesh quite well set up at the back and then uh as a result there are no spaces where they can pass through so I think uh in order to counter that we may need to build up a little faster because uh too many passing at the back means we giving opportunity for the Bangladeshi uh to get into their shape all right we are yet to find a way to break through the Bangladeshi defense it's to throw in for Bangladesh right now at the moment it's like uh 32 minutes gone and uh because the banglades is are well uh set up and quite compact at the back there has been hardly any moves from the from the middle most of the buildup play in the recently you saw the AFC champions women's league where the RTC had quite a impressive cheering Squad and uh of course this year we missed the ug Academy team but usually the academy team when they play this always add a lot of color through the games but uh Fan Experience at CH has improved a lot in recent years now with the big cups when they whenever they play against each other we see a lot of interest from the public as well as attendance in jangang is quite huge another play is down on the field uh I think it may be the same play looks like may have quite a seriousy otherwise there's no reason for you to it's never a good s when a just falls on his own without any so looks like uh that's the end for RI buen because uh definitely looks uh distraught the refes have asked for
