uh how' you summarize how Camp's been so far yeah it's been good um obviously you know coming here in February March you know just getting used to the offense getting running through OTAs um you know so to have a couple months under my belt it's been fun to come out here and kind of Sling It Around um you know obviously get put the pads on for the big guys up front um love to see them playing physical hdden um and you know all around it's just been a great camp for all of us we know that you set the standard high for yourself have you met that standard so far no um and you know we're still working um still things that you got to clean up so things you got to perfect um and so you know I'm excited to get out there on Saturday um to kind of see it you know be able to play against different color other than uh red and be able to go out there let it fly yeah when it comes to preseason obviously JG announced that Kyler's not going to be playing which gives you and Clayton a lot more reps than you might have otherwise have how eager are you to get those reps in oh that's huge um being able to go out and play in any game um you know you got to think um you know when when as a kid all we wanted to do is play in the league and is part of playing in the league so um any day I get to go out and and strap up my uniform and get out there to go play football you know it's just a dream of M I guess to get that opportunity know you're going to get a ton of reps in the preseason it's got to feel good right oh yeah it feels good because I mean you gota you can't take those Reps for granted um you got to go out there and like we said play every play as our last um one you never know what's going to happen in that play um but like we said just to be able to go out there have fun um you know come out there with a win and hopefully play some good football it's like to learn play with maybe learn from Kyler since yeah it's been great um obviously coming from guys like Marcus marota um Taylor hinei um you know the older guys that I've been around um and now Kyler you know Kyler is one of the hardest workers too um you know he puts in the work every single day to to be the best not only physically but mentally as well um and you know just his leadership him pulling guys around um throughout meetings throughout you know our hotel where we're at during Camp um he's just done a heck of a job so I'm excited to see him work are y'all throw in the hallway I think I saw a quarterback somewhere in the leag was throwing at y y'all do that yeah I mean uh I know Kyler like you said like Kyler great leadership just being able to you know bring guys together and bring them around he's one of the guys that'll just go out there anytime he's got a ball in his hand uh you never know when it's coming so he'll just pick it up throw it around with anyone and everyone how would you view the battle between you and clay for the qb2 slot how's that gone so far yeah it's gone great um you know me and Clayton we just like to push each other um and really all three of us me clay and Kyler because um we know if we push each other all as one um we're all as a unit going to become better and then all individually becoming better uh but it's been great Clinton's a great friend of mine um you know we're just trying to learn off each other obviously he's been here for a year or longer um so sometimes you know I'm asking him a lot of questions hey how do you see this how do you guys do this um and then you know where my experience comes in obviously the games I've played um and you know guys that I've learned from before you know I'm just teaching them everything that you know I knew that maybe he didn't know you know after his first year so um it's a great equality of just bouncing um stuff back off each other um just trying to make each other great you told us after the trade that you were going to be able to talk some trash to him considering you know Cincinnati beat Houston have you started to do that yet yeah I mean there's a couple guys in here whether it's Clayton whether it's z uh whether it's new you know UCF and I got a couple guys that I you know I have a couple battles won over so um it's always fun in the locker room
