hey guys welcome back to the channel I'm kly and I'm Ang and today we're watching horia episode one so horia won the next poll very comfortably uh to replace my dress up darling we want to keep this slot alive we really enjoy these types of animes you know like your romcoms or your Slice of Life type animes it's a little bit of a change in Pace I'm definitely all about the romance as you guys probably know by now yeah yep so I'm very excited about this I think you're going to love this um 100% I saw the photos on there and I'm like that's what I saw as well and I thought oh yeah I think will definitely enjoy this no idea what it's about maybe High School romance that's pretty much a high school setting I think I've heard some really good things uh it was very popular over on patreon we have had this uh recommended to us for a little while now now we have heard that a season 2 was dropped yeah but it's it's like weird where it's it's almost like the missing pieces of season 1 so we're not entirely sure if we're going to commit to watching that just yet we'll see how we enjoy the series and how you guys enjoy these videos and we'll probably make that decision at the end of the something going on well she's just going to say no to the other guy then no but then she's going to find out that he was all right with it or some [ __ ] yelling at her right now he just being firm about his feelings okay I know [ __ ] man I'm so good at this [ __ ] did you write this show I don't know why he had to mention him at all she was vibing with the situation big time got low self-esteem I feel sorry for him cuz he's such a sweaty pie man oh no oh oh oh [ __ ] [Music] oh my God wait does the music fit I'm UNS sure I think it does I kind of like it it's different stop talking [Laughter] oh there's a post credit a no he didn't take it well at all did he I'm rooting for this guy you should have said all that stuff about him oh dear that going to become Cannon now yeah I really like the first episode uh I thought it was a really good introduction to the characters I felt like in the you know short time we had with them all we could really understand them and I feel like a lot of the relationships have already been fleshed out now I gather a lot of that is because the shows meant to move pretty quickly considering they've added in these missing pieces now so they probably do skip over a little bit that's why things might feel like they're going very fast cuz it went from zero to 100 I was going to say I was like oh so there's no like Chase or or nothing like basically in the first episode they each have a pretty good idea that the other one likes them somewhat well it it kind of switched up right a little bit and changed direction towards the end so we find that um I forgotten the damn names I just understood the name of the show it's the ship name between the two main characters wow Mia mura is the guy mura and HTI is the girl oh nice okay okay yeah I'm clocking on early um it' be easier to call him isumi that's his other name isumi m remember that mamura Mia mura no I can get that I'll just call him Mia there you go man Mia hori and toru I thought we weren't giving nicknames to characters anymore why who made that a rule did I make that a rule I take her back yeah Mia is quite the interesting character I mean the other to a little bit more run-of-the-mill right she's a little bit of that suere like character but you know she's got a lot of responsibilities and and all of that and she finally found someone that she can spend a lot of time with that is almost a little bit like her in the sense that there's a side that not a lot of people see about them and she's comfortable showing that side to Mia and vice versa right yeah which is quite the nice message in the in the episode but Mia I think he's got a a low idea about himself yeah I think he definitely struggles with some low self-esteem and I think being out of school is like freeing for him cuz you can obviously see he looks completely different like I didn't even recognize the guy that was a good pick from you I will say yeah it was pretty good I was pretty on in this episode um I mean he seems pretty happy I was going to say like you know what what's he like at home does does he have many friends it doesn't look like he's got many friends but he befriended the little kid her little brother so easily and he seemed very friendly and he was really nice with toru so like I don't know like I think he's all right he's just like maybe a little shy yeah yeah he's just an in I guess mhm and toru is a damn Legend I like the guy already it's just I I love the Bromance there that was really cute it's important I wish sort of like maybe in Australia it's different but that that [ __ ] would not be flying at all can I just say there'd be beer bottles thrown at each other in like in high school yeah kly lock room you'd be surprised I mean I didn't go to a co-ed school but I could only tell you you know the sort of stories that I heard but if there was competition they're not going going about it like this they're not being respectful to each other yeah I can't imagine that being a thing uh maybe in Japan it's different I have heard it's very respectful over there yeah um but that's wholesome I'm very much invested in those two now she likes someone who's a bit up front she didn't want to give her number to the guy because he didn't ask her directly for her number right what are you getting there I seem to remember you getting my number from a mutual friend back in the day klie I don't mean to gloat but I got a wedding ring on my finger so whatever I did worked so you can't be coming at me telling me that my methods didn't work just saying ask me how it was hard to contact you KY used to leave me on read I did on Facebook but I don't know how long shocking yeah all the time shocking anyway um yeah I really like the first episode I I do Wonder like how some of these characters are going to go with each other considering Mia doesn't even know if he likes hry but then you've got what's his name toru yeah like he's going to be distraught if those two go out together and then I'm going to be upset for toru I know he's just going to have to he's dat the friend maybe he's got chemistry with her I think it was kind of like that funny little flirting oh okay it's kind of weird but it's high school that stuff happens all the time does but yeah it' be interesting to see if the the whole Chase of the series is Mia figuring out his actual feelings for hor and not the other way around I thought it was pretty obvious that he he likes her but yeah he just feels like he's got to like himself first he's not on her level he's got
