video on in speaking on the situation in Springfield now John Legend is your typical Hollywood musician typical Hollywood celebrity who says do as I say not as I do John Legend is so far removed from the people of Springfield Ohio John Legend is so far removed from everyday issues that people face so recommendations and advice coming from him are worthless they have no value because he is detached from what happens in everyday Society he's not living in Springfield Ohio dealing with the issues that the people there are dealing with when it comes to the influx of Haitians over the last three years and see this is what celebrities do they Gaslight American citizens over this migrant issue because none of these people would take these folks into their homes John ledin out welcome these Haitian migrants into his Beverly Hills home he wouldn't do that he would not do that and a lot of liberals and a lot of progressors are the exact same way they will never ever ever ever ever live under the rules and the laws that they want us to live under when it comes to the education of their children do they send their children to Public Schools no of course not they send their children to private schools these celebrities are so hypocritical in what they say and not what they do but that is what the elites do the elites want you to live under a certain condition certain environment that's not for them they don't want to live under the condition and environment they're setting up for you that's how socialists work that's how marxists work that's how liberals work because they kidnapping them but with my own two eyes they did kill my daughter's cat they ran you witnessed this yeah deliberately yes and we tried to get the cat up they wouldn't let us they was going to run it over again so and that's just um pleasant pleasant by dating Avenue did the cat perish and no it died it yes it asked why why would anyone do that I don't know they don't speak our language so you can't ask them they just tell you no no no no no Harold this is absolutely fascinating um this story about your neighbor um is there any photographic or video evidence of the of the animal carcasses or what have you I don't know if the neighbor took a videos up but I know he was crying and upset because they killed his uh his cats you know people talked about their dogs being stolen and aen it's ridiculous but what is behind this influx I mean it's several thousand people coming into a very real Democrats man it's Democrats and liberals wantan all the votes because they know they can't beat Donald Trump a fair way and that's a proven fact he's the best president in the history of America Democrats want to destroy this country which they've been doing forever and it's ridiculous I mean mother and children's I mean we have plenty and they're here landlords are here kicking these these families out of their homes just so they can rent then is that going on now yes it is I mean they can they can have 20 to 30 people in one house but dare American citizen to have more than so many families in their house or Children's Services being called you won't rent to a person that lives here but they'll give all the jobs to the Haitians and not the people that live here it's ridiculous and plus paying them a monthly paycheck giving them free health care giving them food stamps they don't deserve none of that you hear the residents of Springfield you hear it from their mouths now I don't condone xenophobia I don't condone hatred of anyone especially because they're from a different country we don't condone that yet these people are expressing what they've experience they're expressing their concerns and their frustration with people coming in from other places other countries receiving benefits that they have not received or will not receive being pushed to the back of the line simply because these Haitians these people coming in from other countries are receiving benefits from the federal government receiving housing from the federal government that people in Springfield Ohio are not receiving but yet with that backdrop you have people like John Legend who are here to Gaslight American citizens Springfield has had a large influx of Haitian immigrants who have come to our city now our city had been shrinking for decades we didn't have enough jobs we uh didn't have enough opportunity so people left and went somewhere else so when I was there we had upwards of 75,000 people and in the last 5 years we were down to like 60,000 people but of late during the Biden Administration there have been more jobs that opened up more manufacturing jobs more plants factories that needed empy employees and were ready to hire people so we had a lot of job opportunities and we didn't have enough people in our town of 60,000 people to fill those jobs and during the same time there had been upheaval and turmoil in Haiti and the federal government granted V visas and and immigration status to uh certain number of Haitian immigrants so they could come to our country legally and our demand in Springfield for additional labor met up with the supply of additional Haitian immigrants and here we are we had about 15,000 or so immigrants move to my town of 60,000 now you might say wow that's a lot of people for for a town that only had 60,000 before that's a 25% increase that is correct so you might imagine there are some challenges with you know integrating a new population new language new culture new dietary uh preferences all kinds of reasons why there might be growing pains um making sure there are enough services to accommodate the new larger population that might need bilingual service providers etc etc so there are plenty of reasons why this might be a challenge for my hometown uh but the bottom line is these people came to Springfield because there were jobs for them and they were willing to work and they wanted to live the American dream just like your German ancestors your Irish ancestors your Italian ancestors your Jewish ancestors your Jamaican ancestors your polish ancestors all these ancestors who have moved to this country maybe not speaking the language that everyone else spoke maybe not eating the same Foods maybe having to adjust maybe having to integrate but all coming because they saw opportunity for themselves and their families in the American dream and they came here to do that some facts about immigrants they usually do very well here they are hardworking they're ambitious they commit less crime than native born Americans and they will assimilate and integrate in time but it takes time so I think all of us need to have the same kind of Grace that we would want our ancestors to have when they moved here with our Haitian brothers and sisters will move here too and nobody's eating cats nobody's eating dogs we all just want to live and flourish and raise our families in a healthy and safe environment how about we love one another I grew up in the Christian tradition we said to love our neighbor as we love ourselves and treat strangers as though they might be Christ so how about we adopt that ethos when we talk about immigrants moving to our communities and don't spread hateful xenophobic racist lies about them John R Stevens from Springfield signing off so there you there you have it John Legend another out of touch celebrity using Christianity to justify socialism using Christianity to justify the Takeover of a city by immigrants using Christianity to justify illegal immigration using Christianity to justify breaking the law these liberals and progressives enjoy twisting scripture to justify their behavior they always talk about love love love love love love but there's different definitions of love loving your neighbor means that you love them the way God loves them see people take this out of context before it says love your neighbor as yourself you love the Lord your God with all your heart all your mind all your soul all your spirit and your neighbor as yourself you cannot love your neighbor correctly if you don't love God so these liberals and progressives who love to talk about love they need to learn how to love God first before they try to lecture everyone else about love because all they're doing is making people victims we're not victims we are empowered for greatness
