yeah first thank you everybody for coming really appreciate you first number one thing is Camp is going phenomenal uh we're in a really really good plac getting callus as we like to say around here having a physical physic physical camp but also having fun too uh competition is at an all-time high guys are not satisfied where they're going to be and we're we're going to continue to do that you know I know there's some questions regarding the the whole NCA uh investigation and thing and really the statement is you know we're cooperating with the NCA fully have in the past will in the future and uh we'll continue continue to do that I'll just say this is that I look forward to them being released and that's it I mean I it's the list is huge there's a guy at every position that's really taking the next step I think the guy that really has been where he was in the spring and taking the next step in Fall campus TJ guy he's a guy that's really taking that next step of you got Josiah you got Derek and you got him um and you got other guys that are chopping at the bit but he's really taking that that step to be an elite player and and be that guy that you know there's not there's not that much of a drop off like last year so feel really good about TJ and he's he's changed his body he's done a lot of great things and um all I mean at every position you can go down the line and we'll talk about other other positions but another guy that just jumps out is a guy that has started a game for us is GI I mean he's changed his body and the things and then I think being behind Keegan and zenner the past couple years he's really done a really good job of of learning you know we always say watch emulat surpass and that's what he's trying to do so those guys have all you know the whole the whole team's been outstanding but those two I could think specifically and ironically they're really really close I think they were roommates so um good to see um I mean they're all been really good theyve they've had their days that one guy's been good one guy's been really good one guy's been better so not a front runner uh really kind of all even playe right now and we'll see how we go into this week next week and then game week yeah I mean I think one conditioning they just did a really good job of trying to keep themselves in top shape knowing that they got to play a couple more snaps um two leadership they've really taken a leadership role and they're still young guys they're only Juniors you know you say that's upper classman but you know we've been dealing with fourth and fifth and sixth year guys so to watch those guys be leaders amongst their group and and keep the standard it is uh they've done a really good job so that's where I'd see the really growth and from a fundamental aspect coach esposo has done an outstanding job from their hands their pad level their feet and all those things are going to keep coming but from a leadership standpoint that's where they really taking the next step no I mean could be the week of could be the day of the game you know I think we'll see yeah um you know we got a we got I just actually just talked to Coach uh yesterday and really what went in a decision is we made that decision like in March sure I think it was January February actually January February so it's really to honor him of what he's done in M for Michigan I mean came back for nine years and and took us to where we are now so it was really to honor him it was nothing besides that and uh you know yesterday he called me told me that uh didn't feel that he could leave his team in true Coach Harbaugh fashion and wanted to be in the fox hole with his team and not want to make it look like he was taking a deep long bow so uh he's not going to make it for the game but we're going to have uh our guys that are there and then Jack and Jackie Harbaugh are going to take his place so super excited about that uh there's a couple of them I mean starting quarterback position Jaden Davis he just has he has the it Factor makes plays competitive obviously was a three-time state champion player of the year uh Poise has ability we'll see how progresses uh his teammate Channing Goodwin I mean he's a playmaker he's a dude that's going to probably help us this year in some way shape or form and always said that it's easier to play uh the farther you are from the ball especially early you know if you're a lineman D linean it's harder to play early so those guys those guys up front those linemen especially the old linemen it's harder for them to play early and they're all going to be really good players but those two from a skill set standpoint um I think offensively will be the guys and then the tit end have been awesome um Jordan Marshall is probably the next guy uh he's got a chance to be special Dynamic could he be that third back potentially yeah we'll see uh Ben Hall is you know having guys like Jordan Marshall in the room will make you play fast and physical and Ben Hall has played all of 230 pounds he is so he's run physical fast so super excited where he you know how he's hitting and how he's gaining momentum and then on the defensive side Dominic Nicholls is probably the guy that jumps out the most as a freshman that's really you know cuz he's been here in the spring and he came here and he's been in the fall so he's a guy that I think as freshman got a chance and then uh probably one more guys P all of it
