I started my career in 98 I immigrated to Canada in 97. so as soon as I got here I kind of um hopped on that boat of trying to get myself settled and stuff like that and I've been working ever since I have a few Hobbies here and there I like building things and hence I structured my career and my personal life around and stuff like that I was a team leader for IBM from 2010 to 15 where I supported Bank of Montreal and National Bank and I did all their mid-range storage um the requirements I I was pretty much dealing with the entire country and I and I like getting into Community I like um doing things for for no reason I mean um famous uh shovel the driveway or or even help somebody who's like stranded or pick up a bag and help somebody with a card I mean it's small things like that but I want to try on a little bigger scale I know that there's a lot of things that we can do in the Lakeland Community to help people I feel that there's a few that um can be better organized we shall see where this takes I've always been on teams um and I've and I over my over my 25 years of working in ITV I found that communication or um positive not even positive any sort of communication whether it be popular or negative but communication between team players is important if everybody's on the same page it doesn't matter about people's views everybody has their own opinions you may disagree with them you may agree with them that's not the point point just communication right we can always talk about it and stuff you can always negotiate there's always there's always room for all that kind of stuff but but the key is communication [Music] if if the board does decide that they're going to move towards the digital culture I I believe that I would be their greatest asset because I understand technology I um I understand storage I understand the requirements for that going forward um my list of certifications I'm not kidding you just it's extensive and um I haven't had any complaints I've been I've been with my team for the last five years and I think my greatest accomplishment within my team has to bring is bringing Cold Lake um into the digital era for the DND I think that's one of my biggest accomplishments until they
