Are You A Venmo Mom?

it's Sean and Hannah with the mix Morning Show and spending a good part of the morning talking about this Tennessee mom going viral for a video that she put out explaining why when it comes to her kids classrooms and her kids school why she is a venmo mom want you to check this out I do not want to be involved at all I like I will make sure my kids obviously like do their homework get to school on time and stuff but I don't want to be on PTO PTA room mom te- Momom I don't want to do any of that okay that's that's one way to do it wants to be a little hands off yeah so she explains what a Veno mom means right here right here I don't want to come in I don't want to set up if the room mom needs money for everyone to participate fine I'll VMO money right over I do not want to be I don't want to set up for it I even told one of the coaches today that I am a VMO mom so okay there you go venmo mom definition so let's chat with Michelle Michelle what type of Mom did you find yourself being when your kids were in school and what do you think about venmo Mom in general it's a real thing for us working moms it's not a fact of you know we don't have other obligations or whatever for this particular venmo mom she has four kids and I watched all her videos she's got one that's in cheer competition two that are in baseball one that's three years old a full-time job for her to be a venmo mom I'm a VMO mom and I appreci appreciate those moms that that do come in and volunteer and give their time and but even for my schedule it's R it's a rarity for me to be able to come into the classroom whether it's a certain type of help or not is one thing but it it is your version of help and that's sometimes all you can do and that's I mean there's a place for all of it okay Michelle thank you so much for that oddly enough this is also Michelle oh Michelle good morning where you at with this what do you think about Veno mom no no no I was a Hands-On mom I was one of those that I would surprise my kids for lunch at school um I would go to my kids classroom and read to the kids um when they were you know like in kindergarten first second grade um when they got a little older into Middle School I would show up surprise them for lunch I wanted to be there to make sure that not only they were doing what they were supposed to do but that the school was doing what they were supposed to do and and that is that is your version of help as well oh yeah I think there's probably room for both oh yeah definely types of ways of living it's an interesting conversation it takes All Kinds of Kinds for sure
