that motion you have no choice but to tackle the uh quarterback so it's like roughing the passer ah I don't know a play like that that's tough man you can't really ignore that he's already yeah he's already in a running motion did you see an indicator there no didn't he's running at full speed he can't completely stop I don't like that rule bro I mean I know you got to protect your quarterbacks
