[Music] one thing that you learn from from this crisis what it will be I would say two things the saying don't take anything for granted that would be one thing this is never thought we would be leaving this and create incredible situation but okay that's that's what we have we have to go through it and the other one that we learn that school reinvest your earnings they forgot I think to save but I don't reinvest everything save money and if you're an independent save a large amount of money you might need it and it's gonna be big from that you you will try to get what another three months to get six months cash flow in advance if it's possible that will be your aim in the future yes normally were closed until August first but we we have been informed today that headlines national flights would reopen in August so this is really a bad bad news so this is that's mean there is no flight coming from abroad from America America before August 1st there are no flights and all not even national trends so yourself whatever happen now we we are not even in in June you see you still have another two months where you are stuck in Lima without being able to take any decision away without being able to open your hotel exactly okay because buses and buses are not allowed either no place no buses were not supposed to move oh and this might be a long long stretcher because we already saw two months and a half and you have you are just F way yes it's very very long and my last question out one how do you think these virus will will change your business so you're mentioning maybe new source of revenue do you think that if it's working because probably you will have if I understand what you told me before you would have to use new source of revenue at least until the end of 2020 you don't expect a lot of movement but further than that what do you think you will see any change in your business well on the short term the shopping of course we're closed until we have the liberal permits to reopen on the medium term I mean I think this would be until the vaccine comes out we could put in place those other revenue sources that we mentioned before and maybe some local tourism Peruvian tourism and maybe Latin American tourism I think this year might be a source of revenue and on the loan long term I guess whenever the vaccine is available worldwide we would return to normal activity but hopefully I hope with mix with those new kind of revenues we will put in place now I think some of them might remain that would be interesting yeah if one of these two two strategy is working you might keep them and actually increase your average not a Brazil a Salesman your occupancy because you are telling me you are not as founded percent so far so you still have room for for maybe a new market yes I have to evaluate because Cusco has seasonal tourism so for example January February and March we're around 30% 35% occupancy and July August September is around 90 mm-hmm okay so this strategy actually could be good in the future for your to know season yes yes that might be interesting for example in Mexico's Colima do you know already small hotel we're not going to be able to reopen because they will not be able to survive in term of cash flow even if Cusco I don't know I mean you're told you have your competition in this institution as you there are do you think that a good cash flow they will be able to survive these questions I think the majority I know the majority paper pays rent which is a big problem for them I think I hope they have been able to renegotiate the contract and love for the moment we don't know what's happening we're all closed a couple of hotel chains are open but there there are having doctors quarantine people only that there is there is platinum maker Europe United States view from Asia this is our mix in terms of of mixed the majority is from Europe or you still have the majority from the United States normally do you know this but with the pair and they mean as it is going in the United States it's not looking very good Brazil it's not looking good so future's not looking very good for the time being Alton I'm sorry to hear this this not really positive news I thank you very much for giving it a bit of taste about how a no-tell owner goes through these crises and so you got a role in survival mode now in in Cuzco in kuru and wish you the best thanks a lot for answering all this question thank you take care [Music]
