KENTUCKY WILDCATS BEAT SOUTHERN MISS GOLDEN EAGLES 31-0 REACTION

ah ladies ladies ladies I'm here tonight on the of my last video for tonight I'm here to talk about the Kentucky game um from tonight my last video here week one uh for Kentucky and 31 to nothing win over Southern Miss uh Southern Miss in week one of um this season uh the game got um cancelled um in the third quarter had do the lightning it was already like 12 it was past midnight or something it was like it was either 12:30 or something when the game got called um just constant just lightning really throughout throughout before game time and just during the game uh fortunately they were able to start this game get to the start of the third quarter before it got canell but some really positive things from Kentucky tonight the only negative play really from brought Vander the only two was the interception where he stared down the Lineback he knocked it there got intercepted there he should have had a pick six that got drop but other than that I really like what I saw um he's a really he can run run the ball I he run he he ran the ball more than I expected which is good 63 quarterback that can run he he looked good tonight three touchdowns as well thought a really positive game uh they ran the football well I thought offensive line uh kind of struggled early but uh after the early struggles the offense played better the offensive line uh played a lot better I thought the defense struggled early on with third Downs letting Southern Miss get them but they had those two interceptions and then the defense I thought the defense I thought really settled in uh for the cats you break this game down a little bit more um yeah it was by m mutual agreement on the participating in institutions um that tonight's game has been uh terminated and is considered a complete Game basically suspended um game's off was official 31 nothing all stats in the game were considered final and complete yeah um but if the way but my thing is if the weather was so threatening why did you treat the fans to music and a light show while they say unprotected I mean that was kind of questionable I mean it's a good win though one and0 start the season I'm not going to complain about the weather I mean I didn't think they do the did the best of job handling it you know but it is what it is I mean with the weather I mean Lightning's not thing to take lightly but I didn't think but there was one screenshot I saw it was like 15 miles away but good win 188 y uh I'll say um the final stats tonight Brock Vandergriff was 12 12 for 18 169 yards three touchdowns um had that one interception but a great game uh from Brock he really he can throw the ball down field I like that Kentucky was more aggressive tonight really a fast tempo I thought instead of playing like at this snail's pace I thought they did a good job of throwing down the field more and just a balanced offense as well they got so many guys that I think they can rely on offensively obviously Bron Vander Griff his running ability de D Sumo kurang B the running running back Jamar Patterson four runs 208 yards average seven yards a carry of true freshman he looked pretty good in the carries he got and uh they said caned said they've been high on him um through the off season like you want other guys that can make play like bar on Brown Dan kage jamor mlin the offensive Line's going to is good as well this is a really well balanced offense for Kentucky the defense made some plays as well Jam Jamal deas Johnson the other Georgia transfer Brock Vandergriff with Georgia transfer play well so did Jamal do Mar Johnson he got an interception tonight as well JQ Hardway uh two transfers each had interception not made an impact barion Brown had two touchdowns jamor mlin was good just a really well balanced efford I thought tonight so we over the stats obviously Ro Vander Griff Dima s Demi Sumo eight runs 59 yards 7.4 yards per carry in the touchdown he was great Jamar Patterson four for 27 yards of carry Brown had three runs for 14 yards M 5 for 35 obviously went over the stats offensively uh Fred fer the second also had one catch for 12 yards a u B transfer receiver um Jordan Dingle two catches three yards had that touchdown um they made one field goal 41 y for Southern Miss Tate Tate Road maker remember he when he played for Florida State last year he transferred yeah he's 13 of 29 13 of 19 126 yards no touchdowns two interceptions uh they even tried to run the ball few times but didn't do anything uh aan Crawford three runs 10 yards Rodriguez clarp six runs three yards five carry and Kenyan clart one run seven yards they really couldn't run the ball at all danis Jackson three catches 42 yards K my Lord k k Erin Heath W catch 34 yards and Davis do three catches 30 yards so yeah the defense look really well they start off kind of shaky you know getting those third downs but once they go to a rhythm you know getting that especially that second turnover it feel like just the momentum changed from there on like BR Vandergriff settled in the running game was great as a team tonight they had 3177 total yards 148 on the ground 169 passing really bounded stort 19 first downs three of five on third downs and thing Southern missar three of three they went 0 for five the rest of the game Kentucky had 19 first down to their seven seven yards play to their two uh forced two interceptions and had a really good time of possession margin 29 minutes to 15 but Kentucky played much faster tonight than they usually do uh just no offensive coordinator no quarterback just a new offense um they're going to play much more faster this year than they have in the past and I know it's only Southern Miss but really good way to start off the year 1 and0 for Kentucky all one for Southern Miss but going to wait two uh next game momer first three games I think are home games yeah our first four games are home South Carolina really didn't look impressive that's our next oppon I watched them they play uh Old Dominion they really didn't look impressive to me I think Kentucky should start at least start off 2 and 0 before they play Georgia week three but you can't just look ahead to Georgia now you got to take care of business from South Carolina next I know I don't think they're good but you still can't look just look ahead to the next game you got to focus on that one it's but I think it should be a win I don't think South Carolina is that good I watched him I really wasn't impressed with him I was really impressed with us today especially our quarter our quarterback and just the defense the offense is really impressive overall yeah we'll see um but but it's going to be our first conference opponent conference games aren't easy but I think this is a game Kentucky should definitely win but yeah good win offense was great defense was really good yeah that's all I got to say leave a like com subscribe for more next time face and I'll see you guys
